I couldn't help but laugh when I read all this in the DM this morning.
Cameron could always adopt a Clinton stance 'I didn't inhale', 'I did not have relations with that pig's head'.

Very amusing David

For Paulo Sargento, the thesis that Gonçalo Amaral revealed at first hand to "SP" that the blanket could have been used in a funeral ceremony at the Luz chapel "is very interesting".
And he adds: "In reality, when the McCanns went to Oprah's Show, the blanket was mentioned. At a given moment, when Oprah tells Kate that she heard her mention a blanket several times, Kate argued that a mother who misses a child always wants to know if she is comfortable, if she is warm, and added, referring to Maddie, that sometimes she asked herself if the person who had taken her would cover her up with her little blanket (but the blanket was on the bed after Maddie, supposedly, disappeared!!!).

The Boar's Head as I understand - Is the rarest dish, in all the land
I wonder if this lovely carol - The Boar's Head - was, er, sung on a certain occasion?

@Tony, an absolutely beautiful hymn and very appropriate.
..........................................
What's the betting that David Cameron's team are making sure his chauffeur driven car is never seen even stopping at a red traffic light anywhere near a pub called the Boar's Head. If I were the owner of a pub called the Boar's Head I'd be offering happy hour to patrons on FB tonight Packed house guaranteed.
On a serious note now. What will this latest news actually do to Cameron? Can a Prime Minister of UK be brought to resignation by such a thing?
How will Cameron's finest spin this?

The Daily Mail has resurrected an article about Ivan.
It's bad enough that Ivan was used as part of his election campaign.

Editing to Add:
I also seem to recall David Cameron made reference to his son Ivan to underpin his concern for the McCann family.

David Cameron -Daily Fail, his son Ivan
Hi, we know it's tragic to lose anyone close to a family, but let us try to put this article into context.
There is no doubt that a spat has developed between Lord Ashcroft and David Cameron and the conflict has erupted into persons peccadilloes and political ideals?
Note the time of Mr & Mrs Cameron's personal loss of their disabled son Ivan, RIP 2009, when Lord Ashcroft had contact with a former leader, William Hague of the conservatives and the new one, David Cameron over his non-dom status, elevation to the Lords and yesterday's Mail headlines?
Today they are going for the sympathy approach for Mr Cameron, using his son's death in the process, 2015?
Do the Daily Mail run headlines of the suicides and deaths, daily living of disabled people affected by his party's 12 Billion pounds worth of cuts to the poorest people whilst giving tax cuts to the richest people in the UK?
Oh, and the initiation into the Bullingdon Club, members, DC, GO and Boris, to burn a fifty pound note in front of a unfortunate homeless person, such wonderful people and etiquette?
I hope Mr Cameron has escaped the clutches of News Corps director and her boss and they have no further influence into political running of Government officials, Operation Grange?
If he has cut from them, is this the reason why the headlines in his papers are once again stipulating the funding of the case, trying to have it stopped, shelved?

Re: Bacon butties anyone? (Prime Minister David Cameron - and that pig, Daily Mail, 21 Sep 2015)
Yet another story which makes me fear for the future of our kids with all these so-called elites running things. Doesn't matter which party is in power, they deffo are all in it together, our kids don't stand a chance.
When will we ever get strong, truthful and honest people running the country? NEVER - I truly believe that.
A little reminder at the weekend on the net of the farce when the EU - out of the blue reminded the government that UK owed 1.7 billion to be paid by 1st December last year. Cameron came out saying that he would deffo not be paying that amont of money by 1st December - it was reported he paid it on 2nd December, last year.
We all predicted that is what would happen anyway, - "they" think we are all stoopid.
Are they wrong? doesn't seem as though they are to me, after all they are all still "playing the game" and getting pay rises and expenses for doing so.
ARRGGGGHHHHHHH.
