Mr and Mrs McCann are not Arguidos any longer and judicial secrecy is quite frankly no longer relevant where they are concerned - so there is no reason as to why the following questions cannot be answered by them.

What are your thoughts on the Gaspar statement ?

Why have you never sued Mrs Gaspar IF her statement is untrue?

You have your own 'version' of the PJ files which were released to the public in 2008. You paid for the translation out of the find Madeleine Fund which grew from public donations. Therefore could you please show the public the files you have?

Why will you not allow Mr Amaral to speak? - if his thesis is as Ludicrous as you say then why are you determined to silence him - let him speak.

Kate - Why did you say you wish Mr Amaral to feel fear and misery when all he wanted to do is find out what happened to your daughter? Don't you want to know what happened to Madeleine?

Why do you do anything possible to destroy Mr Amaral's life when his thesis was the result of the investigation and not just Mr Amaral alone?

You have stated the 'abductor ' is still out there and could do it again. There has been nothing abduction related to Madeleine since 2007.

Why did you tell your friends the shutters were 'jemmied'?

How much money have you spent from the Madeleine Fund in actually searching for Madeleine?

Kate - at 9 years old how did your son know who Mr Amaral is let alone ask questions about him. Have you discussed Mr Amaral with the twins? How did Sean hear that Mr Amaral had accused you of hiding Madeleine's body, specifically. As the parent of an 8 year old boy myself I cannot understand the level of questioning that you say came from your son regarding something so serious. My 8 year old talks about superman and spiderman not hiding bodies.

Have you ever questioned the twins as to what happened to Madeleine and what they remember from 3rd May 2007? - they may only be children but you seem to think it's ok to mention Mr Amaral and hiding Madeleine in front of them.

Why did you refuse to speak with Yvonne Martin ? She was trying to help you. You say it's help you want. Why wouldn't you let her help?

Kate - why did you take up the position of ambassador for missing people when you knew very well that it would damage their reputation by having you as an ambassador. Do you not care about missing people at all?

Why is 'crèche man' still advertised on the find Madeleine website when Andy Redwood dismissed crèche man as a holiday maker collecting his child from the night crèche?

Gerry - would you travel on an aeroplane where sniffer dogs had found intelligence that a bomb was on board?

Why did you get your legal team to contact the lawyers in the Zapata case if you believe cadaver dogs are incredibly unreliable?

Could you give me the name of the person in authority who told you that your behaviour of leaving children alone 5 nights in a row was within the boundaries of responsible parenting?

Kate - why did you lie at Leveson and say there were no body fluids found in the hire car. What WAS tested then by The FSS ?

In not answering the 48 questions asked of you by the PJ, you stated that this was on the advice of your lawyer. Why then did you IGNORE the advice of the authorities when you were warned not to mention Madeleine's distinctive eye?

Does Madeleine have a coloboma or not ?

Can you prove this with medical records?

Why do you have a media monitoring unit? What is their job exactly?

8 years and still there are questions unanswered and people will not rest until we know what happened to Madeleine. We understand that we may never know the true full facts, as neither of you could lie straight in bed but don't insult our intelligence any longer.

You have commanded the public to continue searching for your daughter when there is no evidence she was ever abducted.

What right do you have to ask that of the public when there are so many questions still left unanswered by you.

I have 5 SIMPLE things to ask of you.

Please return to Portugal with your friends and do a reconstruction of the night of May 3rd 2007.

Please freeze the find Madeleine limited company and hand it over to an independent body until a reconstruction is done and any unanswered questions regarding week beginning 28th April 2007 to 4th May 2007 are answered thoroughly.

Please hand over Madeleine's medical records

Please hand over Kate's Medical records.

Please hand over any bank and credit card details from any dates requested of you.
