And Yes, that was one of the biggest mistakes the PJ made. A very significant blunder.

As I said in my previous post PMac. GM said he expected it to be handled in a "Typical British Way" not just as another missing child. Be careful what you wish for Gerry.

In the interview clip posted by BlueBag the McCanns talk of a single database for all the information (I guess this was before Grange was started).

I wonder if they every considered or been approached about taking a crowd sourcing approach, I mean if they (as they say) want to do everything they can to find Madeleine why not get involved with websleuths, this forum or similar ones.

I heard on the grapevine that she was suffering a form of mild 'burn-out' after the prolific procession of well-researched and well thought-out articles she gave us on the Madeleine McCann case.

So she has been taking a break - and may or may not be back with more on the Madeleine McCann case - or she may turn her talent to some other noble cause.

If 'Lazz' has decided to quit blogging about Madeleine, well, it was wonderful while it all lasted - the best ones are well worth a re-read, and the whole collection covers many of the key evidential issues in the case
