OC Picture Madeleine or not?

Just saw this picture online and they say its not Madeleine, not sure where its from, whos taken it and when or why they are so sure its not madeleine..

opinions`?

Portia, it's posted on Twitter, but I am 99% positive that the child playing in the sand isn't Madeleine. I've blown it up, and there are many differences, from the hair, the pink top, shoes etc.

I posted it on twitter Saltypet, I found it on Facebook, someone found it on another forum.

I watch the CW program again, and its not from there. Have no idea where it comes from. Thats what im trying to find out.

Anyone remeḿber seeing it in any of the docs about the case?

Have no idea what forum it was found at, im trying to get some answers..

I'm wondering if this could be a picture taken by that well-connected guy who hightailed it out of PdL the morning after the facts.

Can't discern what it shows in the upper right hand corner

Left hand corner could be a railing from a beach club on a beach

Could this be a picture of the Paraiso bar taken with the photographers back to the sea?

And two kids running around on a beach, one of which is dressed like Maddie

I read that it was a spoof of sorts to show how similar children can look to each other. Mind you, we can't see this child's face for comparison.

Was there even a sandpit at the Ocean Club?

Proably you are right NFWTD . A closer look at it, seems like she has now feets/shoes either.. It was posted on the Hideho controversy group on facebook.

have no idea where it original came from, still waiting for a reply on that question...

Also where there not another family, edmonds or someone saying he had pics of M playing with his son? MY first thought was that it was a leaked photo from him? the clothes are the same as she had on the first day of their holliday..

Philip Edmonds (a nephew of the M P Margaret Hodge) claimed to have a photo of his children with Madeleine in the background. It was never published and I suspect that, if it exists, it would be like this one, impossible to identify the child.

Probably. I think this is just a fake photo as you said made to show how identical children can look in the same clothes.How they made it with the same clothes I dont know, and never seen a pic of Madeleine in that position with that clothes so I guess its not a copy past of her into another picture.. someone dressed up another kid in similar clothes and took it to show the likeness ? Pretty obsessed if they did ...

Portia, if you blow up the child in the sand pit, you will see that the jacket is different, as it has white stripes on the sleeve. Also, the same child's hair appears to be curled up on the ends. She also appears to have something black around her neck. Of course, Madeleine could have worn a black scarf? at some point. I can't be absolutely certain, hence the 1% doubt, but from what I can see, the child in the sand isn't Madeleine, if one is comparing it with the Madeleine pic. But everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and if some think I is Madeleine, they that's their right.

For me all the pictures seen strange. The front of her neck looks too folded and in many of the photos, she is holding something against her neck or the pictures are angled to not show this.
One of the reasons I feel MBM had some type of illness.

I agree with your last bit. I notice that when a lot of people speculate about photos it's because they think her head or hands don't look right - one of my more far out thoughts was if some kind of poseable mannequin or dummy was used for the photos, then the face and hands would be the two parts of the body that would not stand up to scrutiny and need to be added in from elsewhere.

Probably what Smithman was running around with.

In relation to that period of time on the 1st I remember that the PJ had found deleted calls on Kms mobile.

I'm sure I have seen mobile phone records that show Kate was in the apartment when Mrs Fenn heard M crying.
