In the topic : Please note the Fund is not a charity, the first post has the reference to Enid O'Dowd's analysis of the Fund. 
The website cost is mentioned there. Iirc it was a nephew of Philimena in Ullapool who put the website together but more recently I also read that Jon Corner  worked on the website. 
In either case, it's an unreasonably high price.

I'm not good with the way back machine but perhaps someone here is. 
The TM website (see numbers topics) is updated infrequently.

Ja, zou goed zijn om te weten wie die medewerker is. We zijn er niet overuit wie Smithman was, of dat hij inderdaad bestaat. Ikzelf ben er niet van overtuigd dat het Gerry was, maar denk wel dat de Smith familie iemand gezien heeft. Zo ingewikkeld allemaal!

ps waarom is er nooit iemand naar voren getreden om te zeggen: 'Nee hoor, dat was ík met m'n dochtertje, ik liep daar met haar in m'n armen naar huis.' Waarom niet? Deze 'sighting' is algemeen bekend, en het lijkt mij ondenkbaar dat iemand niet naar voren zou treden om dat te zeggen. Maar dat is dus nooit gebeurd. What tells you that?
