Thinking about newpapers being sued, wonder how much Rocky will get from any British newspapers should he proceed with legal action?

He may not wish to settle out of Court.
This case is likely to actually not be about the money.
It could be the only way to get the Mc's into Court for a proper cross-examination under oath, unlike the recent appearances where the events of May 2007 were not looked at.
It would be interesting to see whether he would call them as witnesses on his behalf though!

Perhaps we should start to collect all those disgusting comments that have been about him and his colleagues in the media, on social networking sites byWright McCann trolls, and in other areas.
