The story in brief:
Brian Kennedy's Sale Sharks rugby team played Bristol at the weekend and lost their 10th match in a row - to Bristol, by 24 points to 23.
At New Year, one of their key players, Tom Arscott, had lunch with his brother, who plays for Bristol.
Sale Sharks allege that Tom passed information about Sale's team plan to his brother and have suspended him.
Both brothers deny this.

Tony - actually Kennedy sold the Sharks in June 2016 to a Manchester-based consortium headed by Simon Orange (Jason Orange's brother).
Looks like he jumped ship just in time (from his perspective) based on their current form/problems.
