Well worth a read - quote from the above link:
I remember Gerry McCann from my time at Glasgow University, he was in the Hares and Hounds running club at The Stevenson Building; you would walk by him and immediately turn round and check him, something in his eyes, dead and cold like a shark.

Quotes from the article..
“Madeleine’s abductor is still out there – other children may be at risk”.
How very true.
“For example, why was Madeleine’s favourite toy Cuddlecat that Kate McCann said she took everywhere contaminated with a death scent?”
Ah this one is easy George, because allegedly, Kate took cuddle cat to work with her and it and her pants encountered lots of dead bodies allegedly...
“W hy didn’t Cuddlecat contaminate Madeleines’ bed when Madeleine was asleep and sweating?
Remember Kate McCann said that she had ‘the toy tightly in her arms as she did every night’.”
Now you’re talking George! A very point I picked up on myself not too long ago. Why indeed? Eddie did not alert to the bed at all yet cuddle cat apparently infected prior to the holiday and allegedly Maddie’s favourite toy (when she could get it away from mum) was supposedly in bed with her that night and every other night presumably. But nothing on the bed, no transference, nada.
“I think that people might be tempted to opine that cuddle cat was contaminated post mortem.”
Yes, I think they might. In fact, on the facts as we have them that seems more than reasonable doesn’t it. The question is 'post' who's mortem??
“Cuddlecat is in a static location with Madeleine sweating for several hours through-out the night and no contamination of the bed sheets and pillow.
Nothing!
Is it just me who finds that odd?”
No George, it isn’t...
And while we are on it, if the cat and Kate's pants were contaminated prior to the holiday, and cadaverine is highly infectious, why wasn't all the other clothing in the case the pants were packed in infected? Why didn't Eddie alert to almost all the clothing? How can this be if the infection took pace before the holiday?

That article by George Laird is good tigger and his blog is also pretty incisive. He hasnt written much recently on this subject but he does seem to have insight and a wide readership. I wonder if he could be persuaded to do an update?

Re: Glasgow blogspot
It can be like this at times tuom. I suspect many are watching the olympics opening ceremony. I am going to send an email to George Laird to see if he has any further thoughts. Though I do see he is focussed on the scots parliament just now.

Two more incisive articles by this writer - both about the SY review. More than a year on, right on the money imo.
