At present due to a Court undertaking I signed in November I am not allowed to sell or distribute '60 Reasons'.

If you simply wish to view the contents, there are several places where you can read the entire work, Wikileaks is one of them, another is on the 'hardlinemarxist' website, here:

Tony, it will be quite clear from handwriting etc that it wasn't yourself that posted the booklet out. Although I think once you located it you were actually responsible for returning it to CR, and not selling it to someone else.

They have been investigated.

The point is, as far as I can see, that even if Father Christmas or Moses had written asking for a copy of the letter Mr Bennett had made an undertaking to not sell the leaflet.

If he wanted to stand up to CR he should have done it - not pretend to do it and then get himself in trouble anyway.

Of course it's underhand, he's a journo. It appears that neither the journo nor Bennett thought the Rucking was enough. I doubt there are many people that'd go against an agreement with Carter Ruck. I'm not sure whether to be impressed or shocked.

Yes but a journo working with who? the same faction who have admitted they were recruited to close down 3A.

Don't get me wrong, I am against the book being on sale anyway - but this shower are out to stifle adverse information/discussion about the McCanns being available to anyone.

The bizarre and very public attempt to ruin Mr Gunnill's professional reputation for no reason whatsoever obviously (and I can't say wrongly) appears to have angered Mr Gunnill.

I don't imagine Gunnill is working for anybody but himself.

Certainly the first move in the underhand tactics department wasn't orchestrated by Mr Gunnill. I guess he just thought he might as well play the foundation at their own game. He doesn't appear to have had any luck in repairing the damage to his online presence, maybe he's an in for a penny in for a pound kind of guy.

I don't think Mr Gunnill is working alone on this. I'm not suggesting that he hasn't just cause to seek revenge. He knew exactly how to go about it and the timing couldn't be better, with the court case resuming next week.

I think what I am trying to say (badly) is that the whole anti/anti fenci argument has been packaged up to make anyone who questions the McCanns appear insane.

Mr Bennet appears to have many enemies on both sides of the camp.

Why on earth did you sell anybody a book after agreeing to the criteria laid out by Carter Ruck? What simple and legally acceptable excuse can you offer up for this?

My thoughts are with your wife Mr Bennett and if she doesn't speak to you for a month I would think you were a lucky man because in her shoes I would be reluctant to speak to you again apart from to chew your ears off.....
