Me neither. Ms Butler has been flouncing off and coming back ever since she started this circus.
Oh what a surprise, Debbie has returned from her flounce - can we dare hope that the 'investigation' had been concluded (she did say that she would not be back until then)?
She's just been on saying - there is more action pending!!

Note how she chooses her words carefully.
Or, knowing how careless and incontinent she normally is with words, how someone else has chosen her words carefully.
Where is Stevo these days btw?

Re: Debbie Butler's false allegations against the Madeleine Foundation
Question for Mr Bennett:
On the 17th September you said, in a joint statement issued with Debbie Butler on the Madeleine Foundation website, that you would not be using any of the funds from the Foundation to meet the costs of taking legal advice over your spot of bother with Carter Ruck.
You later reported that on the 2nd October you wrote a cheque for £500 to Kirwans from the Foundation bank account.
Can you reconcile those two statements?

Trunky, that is not entirely accurate. In the statement, it said Kirwans was offered 500 pounds in payment for work done for Butler and Bennett on behalf of the Madeleine Foundation and that was a large chunk of the Foundation's fund. Whether the funds to pay the 500 pounds actually came from the Foundation's accounts remains to be answered by Mr. Bennett. It would be easy to assume this was so, but nowhere in that statement does it say that Mr. Bennett issued a check from the Madeleine Foundation account to pay this fee to Kirwans.
We must wait to see how Mr. Bennett answers this matter.

Re: Debbie Butler's false allegations against the Madeleine Foundation
Even if the £ 500 cheque did come from the Madeleine Foundation, Debbie would have also needed to sign the cheque and agree with the payment being made.

He says the cheque was written from the Foundation chequebook, doesn't he? Otherwise why did they both need to sign it?
He has been here since I started asking this question, but there is no reply.
perahps smithy would like to answer it

Re: Debbie Butler's false allegations against the Madeleine Foundation
Is smith Grenville? If he is ask him why only Butler took the rap for the posters and why he felt the need to get rid of Butler..It wasnt only Tony was it..if it happened as Butler says?
Have to say this, some people will champion any cause wether they believe in it or not, I have no qualms with pros or antis as long as thay believe what they are saying and arent just bandwagoning it for something to do.

Re: Debbie Butler's false allegations against the Madeleine Foundation
Bennett knows he is on dodgy ground. Everything he has put is wrong and libellous, thats why he cannot defend it.
He cannot answer the question about the Floundation paying the legal bills, so avoids it. Next step will be complaining to either Admin and Mods to get posters ot threads removed.

Bennett avoids answering any question in a direct manner. Because he tells so many untruths he has to duck and evade.
