If report is true - that SY is gong to rely on dogs to help detect the body - then they must accept the dogs signals that Maddie died in 5A.
And it can't be by the hands of intruder or burglary gone wrong since on their timeline there is no passage of time for cadaverine development.

Is that the same in Portuguese law ?TozerDerry wrote:And Burglary is unauthorised entry to a property with intent to commit a crime- not necessarily the crime of theft.stillsloppingout wrote:Burglar if i am not mistaken in this context is a noun for a person who commits burglary .TozerDerry wrote:Burglary is not theft. Regardless of the definition of burglar. How could they make the burglar whitewash stick?
If they declare MBM died in 5a how can the explain away the fact it takes what? Minimum 60 minutes for the cadaver odour to develop. And afterf NSY says they've moved the timeline forward.

Note the word 'unauthorised'. If you own or rent premises, you can authorise people to enter them.stillsloppingout wrote:Not if the person/s entering the property, own or are renting the premises !!!TozerDerry wrote:And Burglary is unauthorised entry to a property with intent to commit a crime- not necessarily the crime of theft.stillsloppingout wrote:Burglar if i am not mistaken in this context is a noun for a person who commits burglary .TozerDerry wrote:Burglary is not theft. Quick question, Does Martin Grimes still provide cadaver and blood dogs to the usa and elsewhere ?
If so does he breed the dogs himself-could eddie and keela have pups in the family line iykwim?
Is it possible that SY could use these dogs again? Do they still use Martin Grimes' services?
I hope so and hope if they signal in the same places that others will see just how reliable and well trained they are

Wait a second.Andrew77R wrote:"The English believe that the little girl was killed during a burglary to the house and that the body was abandoned near the Ocean Club afterwards"
Not a good sign for the Whitewash believers..
SY argue that a burglar killed the girl in the apartment and buried her around the corner?
Hope they had a Bobcat in the back pocket, the ground is hard as rock.
Seriously, this theory must be a smokescreen.

What if the [ burglars ] were known by the tenants and were authorised , but decided to slip in an unauthorised visit ? or because of there dizzying checks, forgot wether they were authorised or unauthorised ?

Oh yes it is: exactly what we predicted:
"Nothing here either", she must be alive and in a hellish lair.
So the McCanns were right, so was the ambassador and the government spokesman and the police and FSS and the prime minister
and above all we, the infallible SY.
BTW what happened to all those pedophiles??

I thought it was a good sign for the whitewashers believers, because we know a burglary never happened.
BRILLIANT of course why didn't we all think of this .

If i were cynical i'd say that it must be pure 'coincidence' that the 'digging' will be ongoing at the same time as the 'conman' programme is broadcast.
That was my first thought....

Don't we still have one with a bullseye on his T shirt running around alive?
Maybe they are digging for bodies of pedophiles??

The three areas sounds like a re-hash of earlier articles. The 'private grounds' could mean land that is in private ownership such as a carpark or where a hotel is being built and not necessarily entry into someone's house or garden. I find it hard to get hopeful based on any un-named sources blathering to the media.

From Portuguese police sources, why don't they get some kind of penalty with the strict secrecy laws they have there?

Madeleine's parents vow not to return to Portugal unless new search finds Madeleine's dna.....
WOW, British funded dig to include forensic archaeologist on the team.
A UK crack team – believed to include a forensic archaeologist, sniffer dogs and ground penetrating radar - will scour an area yards from the family’s flat in Praia da Luz.

Re: Digging to start next week - UPDATE... starting today 2/6/14
Source in Portugal - Brit who has holiday apartment in Lagos and just been out there - writes to say:
"Saw three diggers parked up around Praia da Luz 24 May but saw no sign of digging".
Also encloses letter from one David Morley in Portugal News (17 May) which includes this passage:
"Opinions have been expressed about the Maddie case from the downright cruel to the downright stupid, but on one point most people agree: the Portuguese authorities made a monumental cock-up of the original investigation. And now, to compound this further, they are resisting further investigation and bickering over whether she is dead or alive..."
He is promptly rounded on in this week's edition of the paper (24 May) by Margaret Robson, who raises the issue of Kate McCann not answering any questions put to her in interview ("Had it been my child, I would have answered all questions to the best of my knowledge") and by P D MacCarvill, who notes: "Does anyone believe that the Met or other U.K. police force would be other than averse to a foreign force taking over a case on their own patch? It's not as if there isn't anecdotal evidence of sloppy and/or biased investigations in Britain"...and he also writes of "a cavalier approach to the care and protection of a young child and two younger siblings".
Earlier, on 3 May, a short article in the same paper about the case noted drily that:
"Millions of pounds spent by the Brtish taxpayer and the re-opening of the case in Portugal have proven of little use..."
Of 'little' use?
Of what use?

Dr Martin Roberts: "The evidence is that these are the pjyamas Madeleine wore on holiday in Praia da Luz. They were photographed and the photo handed to a press agency, who released it on 8 May, as the search for Madeleine continued. The McCanns held up these same pyjamas at two press conferences on 5 & 7June 2007. How could Madeleine have been abducted?"

Google translation of article of 2 mins ago TVI 24. Site has a video report too. A backdrop of scrubland I believe. Will check Link given below.
-------------------------------------------------
Searches for Maddie authorized only on land
PJ was on site to finalize details of the excavations in Praia da Luz , Lagos , advancing early next week
It is a TVI news. The Judiciary Police ( PJ ) was on Wednesday in Praia da Luz , Lagos , to finalize the details for the searches and excavations of the Madeleine McCann case . The arrangements are authorized for only one land . Seven years after the disappearance , the British police believe may come to find the child's body .
Are the steps you take to set lacked the last details . The team Board of Southern PJ , with the task of carrying out the steps requested by British detectives returned to the ground. The one where they are , so far , authorized searches and excavations on the beach of Light
Everything is ready for the letter rogatory is fulfilled . It will be a vacant lot , along the road April 25 . An extensive area , with work for several days . The start is scheduled for next week .
There elements of metropolitan London police and forensic experts , who bring sniffer dogs and georadar to analyze the terrain are expected . A planned and coordinated by PJ operation , having received a green light from the Public Ministry .
The latest steps of the British research suggest that the possibility seen as the strongest is that Madeleine McCann is dead . Seven years after the disappearance , it is suspected that the body can be in a place that , at the time , was the target of searches done by the GNR with the help of sniffer dogs .

Since Madeleine's DNA isn't exactly the cut and dried subject it might be, theirs could just be weasel words.
