Tone, Is the telephone number the only confirmation you have the message came from BIRCH ?

There are internet services that allow you to send sms and designate the senders number. In light of the high troll activity throughout the 'charade' I tend to be sceptical.

Old timers would remember a message posted on an incarnation of the 3as by Timbo from Skipton. That message is at the core of whats going on.

Just like to say on this Stephen Birch, who I have made no bones about from the first, that IMO he is not to be trusted and has other motives.
A paedo husband and wife were nabbed in Barberton a few days ago, (a small town in the north eastern S Africa). Had sexually abusive photos of their own 7 year old daughter on the husbands cell phone. He was caught when he tried to sell his cell phone and the photos were seen by a shop employee. They realised they had forgotten to wipe the video and returned to get his phone back. They are part of an international child paedo ring which is being now investigated in this country. The paedophile ring is a huge worldwide group/ring of INTERCONNECTED sick people who will stand and fall together so they all lie in unison, and naturally protect each other to save their own skins.

Is there any suggestion he's involved in that ring, Snifferdog: I can't see why you'd post the links otherwise.

It's certainly my personal belief that there are, shall we say, people in this case who are being protected by others of a similar persuasion but all SB seems to me to be is an attention-seeking buffoon.

As I carefully explained in the OP, I have spoken to Stephen Birch many times before on the same 'phone number, so I knew it was from him.

By the way, at 0947 hours this morning (a few minutes ago) he sent me this text, which I'll add to the thread without further comment (punctuation and spelling exactly as in the original):

Hallo Tony. It’s a sad day for the professionalism of UK law , when someone like yourself , needs to be worshiped by naïve UK teenagers in a forum, instead of focusing on finding Madeleine , which involves eliminating all possibilities . The Murat driveway needs to be eliminated . Redirecting the attention away from the search for Madeleine by focusing on me , is both irresponsible and unacceptable. You are a professional , act like one. Stephen D. Birch

Maybe David Icke's 'People's Voice' TV channel would like to have Birch on again to tell their viewers about my 'lack of professionalism', irresponsibility and unacceptable conduct etc.?

I though he knew, knew, she was there.
That is not ELIMINATION. That is discovery.
Elimination implies that you are getting rid of all the possibilities, until you are left with only one.

Tony, I do think he has a point about his mobile number being here - I'll be happy if that's removed.

Other than that, I don't somehow think you'll worry about his threats.

I agree, Peter, "elimination" is a strange word to use for someone as sure of his "facts" as he is.

NFWTD I cannot say that SB is personally involved in paedophilia as I have no proof of this, but I do believe he has some stake in the MM affair, whether he gets paid for it or no. What is the real motive as far as SB actions go? Whether people are paid to spin, make up stories, or do it out of their own free will, who knows? but there is always a reason. Is it possible that SB, who has through posts to this forum and interviews has given us a glimpse of his personality, would drop his business, spend hundreds of thousands, get caught in RM's property with that ridiculous machine etc? I somehow doubt it.
I mentioned the S African case, and it has not been the only one to surface lately. There was a case some time back of a Pretoria family, grandparents parents filming unspeakable acts with their own children/grandchildren. When they were raided they were actually caught in bed with their own young children/grandchildren who if I recall correctly in their early and pre teens. I was just saying that people will go to great lengths to protect this huge festering octopus (and therefore themselves), which spans continents and consists of people from All walks of life.

Is Birch accusing R Murat/mother of being 'involved' in Madeleine's 'disappearance' and 'concealment' of a cadavar, under their private driveway, then?

IF he is saying that surely R Murat/mother HAVE to sue him.

IF he is saying that the 'body' is under their driveway, totally without their knowledge, WHO does he say put it there, and WHEN and HOW does he say it got there?

If digging up 2 square metres of Murat's driveway in Portugal fails to uncover Madeleine's remains, by my reckoning there'll only be another 92,389 or so sq km to eliminate.

Fortunately, there is a fund devoted to leaving no stone unturned that SB can apply to in order to meet the cost of the necessary excavations which should keep him too busy to text meaningless threats.to others.
