He should not be at a police station in his PR capactiy, should he? I thought the police saw people at a police station on police business, not for PR reasons ?

Maybe to do with phone hacking, he did say he thought his phone had been hacked.

So oracle Muratfan was wrong that he was there to arrange police protection for fragrant kate in case sniper was lurking around during her epic run. Geez, we have been cheated of the high drama.
