No, only diplomats have diplomatic immunity, and not even all of them full and on all occasions. There are other groups that on a case to case basis will get immunity, but again that's decided case by case and not automatic. These are for example law enforcement officers stationed in foreign countries. Being a nuclear monitor worker in itself would not be a reason for immunity.
If you are asking that for Gerry's contact with nuclear groups: the work he is doing is very low on the levels of secrecy and danger. There is no way that would have given him any kind of immunity. Unless Britain has stooped to the level of some African and Eastern European countries where immunity is handed out as favors and payment in the corruption circuit. Somehow I doubt that.
