He’s clearly working hard to become ‘the man of the people’ for Brighton in what certainly appears to be a hopeless battle, but I can’t believe that he has gone into this campaign without some sort of rabbit that he will pull out of the hat come next April, to turn the campaign on it’s head.

We’ll just have to wait and see.

Meanwhile, he’ll be praying that the MM case, which he does appear to be distancing himself from, doesn’t rear it’s head & bite him on the bum before then.

What you have is a man who worked as head of MMU for the Labour government who is now singing the praises of Thatcher and is a full blue blooded Tory who wants to represent Brighton & Hove. He's spreading himself so thinly (water is more viscous) to appeal to just about anyone who'll vote for him.

This PR guru tweets rather sad pictures of himself (for a PR guru that is) not slick at all.

He's done coffee and cake, save dogs, save cats, pick up bins, pick up dog poo in the park, support local businesses, eateries...etc. His tweets are sycophantic and he's only ever surrounded by a meagre handful of people - who aren't representative of Brighton's population.

He doesn't seem to be very bright on how to appeal to people (probably because he's never had to do that) but he really ought to consider giving up Twitter. It does him no favours. titter

For a PR guru he really ought to vet his own choice of photos on Twitter. He always appears to have something growing out of his head (I'm turning into Missbeetle ).

This one is his commitment to saving the Brighton Hippodrome. Save our Hippo calls Clazza in a pose that seems to suggest 'abracadabra'.

Clarence has taken to dog and cat charities within the area. Now he wants to save a hippo in Brighton.
