He must know something about which he is not allowed to publish now. But he will, as soon as he is allowed to.

In my opinion, a reconstruction is going on right now and it will be followed by new interrogations. It will explain how bad Kate and Gerry looked on the Mail online ( I think) of May the 4th, short ago.

I don't read anything into Brunt's visit to PDL. TV journalists routinely do outside broadcasts for no other reason than to provide a backdrop to the report. Every day there are journalists in Downing Street giving reports that could be given just as easily from a studio. It's just something that TV news does.

However, I do read a lot into Brunt's (accidental!) 'murder' tweet. That is a mistake that you don't make when you're talking about the McCanns.

I do think there is something big going on, but it's just a hunch. That 'something big' may well not be in the interests of proper justice though.

Maybe Brunt is a born nosey parker who likes to stick his nose in where he smells BLOOD that won't wash away.

He's like a dog with a bone but does not know what to do with the bone.

Please check on Sky News. There is an article written by Brunt, from Praia da Luz.

There seems to be a lot of people of interest. He is not talking about the McCanns.

This case got to be solved also because it is costing a lot of money. And we all want to know what happened to Madeleine.

The Met police think that she could still be alive. Most people think she is not.

I agree with marconi, something is happening we just don't know what... IMO not a reconstruction but something caused the Murat "bring them back",the parents faces in the vigil, Kate in PDL, SY talking , Brunt's tweet (and possibly himself in PDL) and the Mccanns "not commenting" and then "very pleased"... Im hoping for important developments in the near future.

Yes, there has been a real flurry of activity recently, with a somewhat different flavour to previous flurries.

I think if something significant is going to happen, it'll be soon - within a month, say.

But if everything goes quiet again and stays quiet for longer than that, then I will despair.

I wont despair then LDB as in July we should be hearing something about the libel trial in Portugal. Not long to go really either a date given for the hearing or we will know if it is to be out of court settlement.

I remember very well, that at the time Portuguese posters were explaining that procedures in PT can be very lengthy and the actual court case might begin as late as the next summer.
