Both were released in December 2006 — just five months before Madeleine vanished.

A source said: “Tatschl will say Brueckner told him he talked the girl into getting into a car with him and kept her four days. He will tell the court Brueckner told him he tied the girl to a pole and sexually abused her.”

Prosecutors believe she is the teenager said by Helge Busching, 52, another ex-pal of Brueckner, to have been filmed being abused by the Madeleine prime suspect.

Convicted rapist Brueckner denies involvement in Madeleine’s disappearance and the latest charges.
The trial continues.

Did the victim guide the PJ to the house where it happened ?
Did the Youth camp report her missing ?
Did her parents complain ?

Or did she just go back to school on the Monday morning as if nothing had happened ?

As expected, the Sun is now claiming that the runaway child 'Lina' is the one Brückner Kidnapped from the Gypsys and held for 4 Days at his Finca.

Prison cellmate Michael Tatschl, 49, will tell the court Brueckner said the girl was just 13 and had run away from a youth camp.
He claims Brueckner said he held her for four days at his farmhouse in Praia da Luz — the same Algarve resort where Madeleine went missing in May 2007.

Helge B is now claiming (in the Daily Mail) that he contacted Dave Edgar in 2008.

Busching also claims to have seen videotapes which allegedly showed Brueckner sexually abusing an elderly woman and a teenage girl in Portgual.
He later told the court he had contacted Dave Edgar in 2008, a former policeman and private detective hired by Kate and Gerry McCann to help find their daughter.
Mr Edgar worked on the case for three years before enquiries were taken over by Scotland Yard and in later interviews, he always said he believed Madeleine's disappearance had been 'intricately planned by a gang of paedophiles'.
Busching did not go into detail regarding a response from Mr Edgar but added he contacted Scotland Yard in 2017, after he had moved Greece where he had been convicted of people trafficking.
He said: 'They came to Athens, they wanted to question me, officially and they registered it with Greek police'.
'With hindsight that was a mistake as the Greek police tipped off the local press and they heard about my meeting in an Athens hotel.
'The British police said they weren't interested in the rapes I had seen, they were with me for three days and then left.'

Questions:

Diana M was an American Citizen, where were the FBI?

The 17 year old Girl chained to the pole was never able to be identified by the PJ. Her Nationality was never assumed to be British, rather either Portugeuse or German?

It could not have been the Runaway 'Lina' as she never arrived in Portugal until much later. After the Videos were found.

The Athens Hotel was cleared and swept for Eavesdropping Devices before the Interviews took place. Was this to prevent anyone from hearing what Helge B had to say, or what he was being told to say?

Why, after ignoring Helge B since 2008 - were the UK Police suddenly so keen to see him?

Why would they go to the trouble of sweeping the hotel, is this true or is it just what Helge B is saying?
