What he did prior to Madeleine going missing is of no interest to the relevant investigation, so why discuss it?

If you look at the Mast locations that other Investigations have put on the Net, it is plain to see where each Mast is placed. You would need two or three Masts signal strength Data to have a chance of finding where a Mobile phone was.

As can been seen above, I didn't say the PJ didn't ask for information. I am questioning your comment about information being withheld.

The request to which you refer, was an element of the rogatory process (including the many interviews conducted), commencing in December 2007 and continuing for the first six months of 2008, culminating in the investigation archiving process.

German prosecutors – who insist Brückner abducted Madeleine McCann the following month (click here) – say they have reopened the woman’s case file.

But defence lawyer Friedrich Fülscher who has already said that the German police’s case against Brückner is built “from the worst witness you can get” (click here) continues to insist his client is being used as a scapegoat for ‘practically every sex crime that remains unsolved’.

Talking to Portuguese reporters for RTP in English, the partner in Pötzl, Langenburg and Fülscher law firm said it would be “very difficult” for a 10-year-old girl to be able to remember the face of someone after such a long time.

Clearly English is not his favourite language, but what he was inferring was that the memory of a face seen only once by a child would be very difficult to survive 13 years into adulthood – particularly as the child-now-young-woman saw police photographs at the time (presumably of Brückner) which she did not identify.

This latest story however is being repeated by the international mainstream while Brückner himself remains oblivious to it, says Fülscher, as he (Fülscher) hasn’t had time to update his client who is shut off from the news while he serves out time for other offences in Kiel jail.

The German lawyer of Maddie suspect Christian Brückner says the case against his client appears to have been built on testimony from the “worst witness you can get”.

Talking exclusively to Sky News, Friedrich Fülscher demolished the thesis that German prosecutors have the ‘concrete evidence’ they announced two months ago (click here).

He says he believes it came from a criminal “who swapped information for police favours”, explains Sky.

As Fülscher stressed: “A human who has spent his whole life cheating people for his own benefit is never a reliable witness.”

This is certainly the second time Friedrich Fülscher has appeared to be challenging German prosecutors to reveal the evidence they say they have against his client (click here).

And it appears to be the second time the response has been absolute silence.

Since Sky’s report went out – time and again over the course of Thursday – there have been no updates, rebuttals or indeed any comments at all from the Bundeskriminalamt (BKA) – the federal department of criminal police in Braunschweig that broke the news of its probe into Christian Brückner in dramatic style in June.

At the time, German prosecutor Hans Christian Wolters told Sky that “there are so many facts” that point to missing Madeleine being dead – with Christian Brückner in BKA’s sights for having “done the deed”.

None of these multiple facts however have ever been explained.

In the meantime, Brückner’s name has been ‘dragged through the mud’. Serving jail time for drug trafficking – and appealing a sentence for rape – he spends 23 hours a day in isolation due to the danger he faces as a result of all the ‘revelations’ of being attacked by other inmates.

Says his lawyer: “He won’t be able to lead a normal life at any point, without being recognised and facing hostility”.

Certainly Brückner is “ no ‘innocent lamb’, he has made many mistakes in his past which have been punished by the law – and that is completely right”, Fülscher told Sky’s Martin Brunt. But “that doesn’t mean that you can suddenly condemn him for things he hasn’t done”.

Just some background information for the Forum.

It is not unusual that Older Huts on Allotments in Germany have Cellars, and most German Houses have them as standard. This was because during the War, Citizens and Goods could be safe in them.

It could be that he had enlarged an already built Cellar, or just dug out one. 

Still no “concrete evidence” of Maddies prescence so far.

A DANGEROUS paedophile has been found hiding among British tourists in the Costa Del Sol in an echo of Madeleine McCann suspect Christian B.

The unnamed Belgian drifter was holed up [ ] inside his car in Velez-Malaga after escaping from a mental institution [ ] where he had been sent for sexually assaulting two girls aged 11 and 12.

On July 30 last year the pervert, who also has a conviction for sexualy assaulting a woman, escaped from the Ankerstraat General Psychiatric Hospital in Belgium.

He had been receiving treatment for sexual disorders when he fled.

But police struggled to find him because of his transient lifestyle which mirrors that of Christian B, who was also a wanted man who headed to resorts full of holidaying families and their children.

And like the Madeleine suspect, it turned out he lived in his vehicle.

When cops swooped on the predator they found his belongings included a sleeping bag, clothes and food.

The suspect, who is described as of "great importance to the Belgian Prosecutor's Office", was caught after a police surveillance unit.

They had staked out his regular pit stops, including a petrol station, restaurant and former partner and finally tracked him to the resort in Spain.

It emerged last week that Christian B may have carried out more rapes in the Algarve, according to German cops.

Police in Germany have now urged their Portuguese counterparts to investigate other "rapes and sexual abuse" which they believe he may have carried out.

The chief prosecutor in the Madeleine McCann probe confirmed the move as he gave more details of a sex offence Christian B is now being linked to.

He spoke of a sex offence committed against a 10-year-old on an Algarve beach just a month before Madeleine vanished.

The British ex-girlfriend of ­Christian Brueckner has been interviewed by German police investigating­ Madeleine McCann’s disappearance.

And the 45-year-old was told she would be a crucial witness if they get the suspect to trial.

Detectives flew [ ] to the Algarve where the barmaid lives and questioned her [ ] over her relationship with the ­paedophile, who they believe abducted and murdered the toddler in May 2007.

She is still too scared [ ] of her ex to reveal her identity as he allegedly terrorised [] her while they were a couple and she lives in fear [ ] he will one day be released.

But in a major escalation [ ] of their investigation the officers reassured her [ ] that Brueckner will be behind bars [] for a lengthy period [ ].

A friend of his ex told the Mirror: [ ] “They told her not to worry about him being released.

“They said he’s going to be inside for a very, very long time [ ]. She sat down with them for 12 hours [ ] . It was gruelling and upsetting for her [ ]. She was really upset but they reassured her[ ], saying she was an important character witness [ ] .

“They had wanted her to go to Germany and meet them and said they would pay for flights and a hotel.

“But she didn’t want to leave, so two detectives flew [ ] to Portugal to meet her instead.

“They wanted to know everything she knew about Christian and all about everything he did to her [ ]. They said every little detail about him was useful to help analyse behaviour patterns [ ].”

Last month’s interview [ ] with the barmaid was the first time German police have been allowed to work on the case in Portugal. Three Portuguese officers and two translators also sat in on the interview in Faro [ ]. Portuguese police have previously interviewed her [ ].

And former colleagues at the Lagos bar where she worked with Brueckner have also been interviewed by police. Prosecutors in Germany are desperate to build a case against Brueckner, 43.

They claim to have proof Madeleine is dead but do not have enough evidence to charge their suspect at the moment [ ].

The Mirror revealed in June how he is alleged to have repeatedly tormented his ex, who is originally from Berkshire, when they dated in 2004 and 2005. He allegedly broke into her flat through a window and lay in wait for her under her bed.

The alleged incident took place hours after he brutally attacked her in a jealous rage [ ] because she innocently hugged another man [ ] .

Brueckner allegedly repeatedly slammed her head against a wall [ ] in the ladies toilets of the Algarve bar where she worked - leaving her a bloodied mess.

When she returned home she had a “horrible feeling” someone was inside and found him hiding [ ]. She believes he was lying in wait to attack her if she brought another man back. Instead the rapist, then aged in his late 20s, stared at her and said “goodbye” [ ] before fleeing [ ].

Madeleine was three when she vanished from her family holiday ­apartment in Praia da Luz while parents Kate and Gerry dined out with friends in a nearby tapas bar.

In June Brueckner, who lived in Praia da Luz at the time, was named as a suspect in the case by German ­authorities but he denies [ ] any ­involvement. He is serving 21 months for drug offences in Germany.

Brueckner was convicted last year of raping a pensioner in the resort in 2005.

He is expected to begin a seven-year sentence once his appeal process is exhausted. There were fears he could be released on a legal technicality but a European Court of Justice lawyer advised he should remain behind bars.

Jeez, that's so transparent.  She didn't want to bring this up, so they approached her and despite her not wanting to be identified, she's gives her age and her former occupation, not only to the police but to the media. 

They assured her that he would not be released but they've yet to find sufficient evidence, hence their interview with this barmaid.  How could they be so sure that he would even be charged when they hadn't even heard what she had to say?  Unless of course, she was paid to sign a pre written statement designed to frame Brueckner.

How many, now 45year old barmaids, dud Brueckner have a relationship with?

Rubbish is putting it mildly, isn't that what the more sensible observer here on CMOMM have been saying since this nonsense first hit the headlines over three months ago - a distraction, an escape from reality.

And who has been the master media manipulator working for team McCann since May 2007?  Enter *drum roll* .... Clarence Mitchell.

As time passes and more nonsense is created, people forget how this case was covered by the media back in 2007/2008.  They forget how stories such as this latest carp flooded the headlines daily.

Now .... where's me abacus.

If, as reported by the media, Christian 'he who can't be named' Brueckner, recently applied for parole, it can be reasonably assumed he has already served a proportion of his prison sentence. One tabloid report claims, in Germany you have to serve two thirds of a prison sentence before you can apply for parole. I don't know anything about German law but it's of no matter, the media reports vary as to the length of his imprisonment but whatever, it would appear he has already served many months of his sentence for drug offences. Whatever that might be.

So, the current period of confinement (I know how he feels) could end in a notional six months. Add that to the talk of an expected additional seven year sentence and what do we get - hang on a minute, me abacus has crashed.

Let's say just over seven years imprisonment. Is that a very very long time , enough to reassure the afeared one?
