Actually, I have always thought 7 and 15 look just like Russell O'Brien.
Perhaps I have too much Russell O'Brien on the brain at the moment. Every morning when I catch a glimpse of Dan Lobb on Daybreak, I instantly think of him also, it is so annoying.

7 from the top and 6 from the bottom, look like Russell O'Brien to me. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

1st top left looks very sus i know criminals erase their fingerprints etc but this is extreme and to be honest it would be alittle disturbing to most people if they did find this suspectGet 'em Gonçalo wrote:[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Thank you - that was so funny.
To be truthful if I saw any of these odd looking people I wouldn't hang around for long. I can't believe that they expect us to take them seriously. Every time they are offered up as possible suspects the McCanns et al must laugh as well - thinking that anyone would take these "likenesses" seriously.

Hilarious rogues' gallery
I agree with Angelique, they certainly are an off-putting bunch - you wouldn't want to meet them on a dark evening in Portugal or anywhere else for that matter. Number 5 bottom row looks like a demented Cabbage Patch doll and I'm not sure if it's supposed to be male or female - didn't Jane Tanner have the same identification problem too?

Re: '18 faces of suspects, which should we look for?'
I have seen 'top 7'and 'bottom 6' in a newspaper article, saying these images were drawn on 6th May.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
I have read the article but I can't see WHEN the 'suspects' were seen. Does anyone know?

And that was a picture of someone seen suspiciously loitering around 5a in Oct 2006. See Margaret Hall statement.
@worriedmum
Those sketches refer to Lance Purser and Derek Flack's witness statements. You can read them in the files, I don't remember when they spotted these people.

Re: '18 faces of suspects, which should we look for?'
IMO, the Egg man was one of the worst bits of PR for the McCanns, it should never have seen the light of day. They might as well have got a five year old to draw a stick person, except that would have more detail. In fact, there are few which look so poorly drawn that no living person could vaguely resemble them. What the hell were the McCanns advisors in the early days playing at? They had consular assistance, PR people, psychologists and a whole raft of extraordinary support, yet the quality of information was absolutely dreadful.
The only useable piece of information that was released was a facility for donating and the good quality wristbands. Just how were the public supposed to help? Even the pictures of Madeleine that where released to the public looked like a whole bunch of different girls. If you saw the picture used on the cover of the book next to the Everton shirt picture you'd never believe it was the same person.
What a shocking load of cobblers.

------
Indeed and it needs to stop and the deception outed
It's disgusting how the media can hoodwink the people when it is them they are supposed to be serving
Caxton and others will be turning in their graves

Re: '18 faces of suspects, which should we look for?'
You know the last two on the right hand side of the bottom are supposed to be the same person, last one being an updated versionby the mccanns in their 2009 documentary
The Mccans do their own reconstruction, their own sketches, and their own investigation and their own versions of ehT witness x y z said
Arrogant and ungrateful and brass neckex
Oh and their own sightings
