This is *justice*.
A legal royal flush, the very best legal fire power that money can buy queueing for the plaintiffs pound, ganged up and preparing to parade its collective erection in the highest court of this fair land against one pensioner denied the right to legal aid and so a fair defence.
This is *justice*.
Poised, with the full approval of the law it serves to happily do what all erections do.
This is *justice*.
Dress it up in wig and robe but people with a modicum of common sense are seeing nothing more than judicial bullying on the grandest of scales.
This is *justice*.
Some ask how they sleep at night after committing what many consider to be gross acts of bullying, attempting to imprison one good and decent man, strip him of his house which he spent a life working for, for nothing more than voicing the very same conclusions and questions that the Portuguese Police themselves came to and asked.
This is *justice*.
Never mind that should those suspicions voiced by those charged and experienced in the investigating of crime - the Portuguese Police and Judicial Authority - should those suspicions they so publicly announced one day prove true then this seeming persecution of one man Tony Bennett will be founded and funded and frauded by one of the biggest deceptions of modern times.
This is *justice*.
Where is sleep trouble when the very system you claim to represent has surgically removed what little conscience you may have once possessed and are encouraged to cower behind ‘instruction’ and the ‘right to representation’ clothing the plaintiff’s wallet as though it were some form of moral absolution handed down by the Creator Herself.
This is *justice*.
Never mind this right to representation is a one way street. We’ll McSpin it.

Where her scales appear to tip heavily in favour of the deepest wallet.
Great atrocities have been committed under ‘instruction’ during times of war where the ability to exercise one’s inherent moral discretion was shackled by threat of the gun. No such fear for the modern legal simply income and reputation at stake.
This is after all, *justice*.
No wonder so many of them enter politics.
Just my opinion.
