Which will be even more true in another case which has not yet been decided on, if it ever is.

If the case does go to trial let's hope that a lot of information that has been held back that is not in the public domain can be brought up in a court, i.e. credit card transactions, health records, mobile phone/deleted text messages.

Any jury would have to listen to all of the evidence, whether they are aware of McCann forums or not and put all the pieces together like a jigsaw. Many members of the public who post on the DM website and support the McCanns may not be aware of the evidence of Eddie and Keela for example.

I can see a court case going on for a year or more if the McCanns ever had to go to Court, there are so many people that they seem to be involved with, it's unbelievable.

I hope that when the trial starts that reporting restrictions will not be put in place.

If they are, I hope the other newspapers make a legal challenge against it.
