Does anyone find it strange that Russell was unaccounted for between 9:30 and 10 pm on the night Madeleine went missing?

There was a very good topic on that last year, unfortunately hard to find because the title might not include ROB's name.

It was particularly good on the time ROB managed to do all that he said.

I read that "he" said he was was taking care go his sick child. As we have seen in this case, many times people say they did something when they were doing something else. Just trying to figure out if there was an abduction, who might of known the now missing child was alone and who may have had a window of opportunity and who may have last seen the missing child?
Somebody surely knows.

I'll let you into my little secret which sometimes helps with finding old topics.

If you can remember the name of someone who posted on the one you're looking for - and they aren't in the Guinness Book of Records for their vast output - then you can look at their postings via their statistics.

In this case I remembered that Rainbow-Fairy had replied to me and I was thus able to find the topic.

My point was, what if he wasn't really taking care of his daughter, thereby he may have been unaccounted for approx. 30 minutes. If there was an abductor, as the parents claim, could he be the...?

Independent witnesses put the McCanns at the group's table in the Tapas Bar shortly after 8pm.

Other independent witnesses say that, with the exception of Dianne Webster, the group's table was empty shortly after 9.30pm.

Jeremy Wilkins originally said he had a brief conversation with Gerry McCann at c8.45pm but subsequently changed the time to c9.10pm at Gerry's insistence.

From the above it would seem that no reliance can be placed on the group's accounts of their movements as any of them could have been anywhere at any given time during the period in question.

What is known is that the group's table ordered and consumed 9 x 3 course meals with wine between the hours of 8pm-9.30pm and as far as the kitchen and waiting staff were concerned, there was nothing remarkable about the evening's service.
