Will you buy Kate's book?
Re: Kate McCann's book
I have ordered my copy from Amazon, now only £12.40 (down from the original £ 20, ) and shall be going thorough it very carefully. I want to see what the evidence was for the abduction. Remember that the McCanns have never publicly said that the abduction was only a theory or an assumption or a working hypothesis. Only Mitchell said that, and it is possible that he did not have permission or authority to do so.
Kate said she "knew at once", that Madeleine had been abducted, and Gerry has followed that line, even though he too has never revealed the evidence. Their entire publicity machine, and everything they have done since is predicated on that one remark.
I simply want to know how she knew.
Also, since the book is going to be "very honest" I hope to see revealed why she did not give that evidence to the police at the time, nor apparently to anyone since. It is possible that they have told Edgar, which has enabled him to pursue the case so successfully since.

Oh, and by the way, if it is not "very truthful" and does not reveal a version of the truth, I shall consider making a formal complaint through Amazon. Trades Descriptions Act or the Sale of Goods Act should cover it. Or even Obtaining money by deception.

Re: Kate McCann's book
You are all making the assumption that someone won't climb in through my shuttered window, or through the locked front door, or through the open patio doors during the evening and steal it.

I am sure it will be all right.
And as we all know "nothing of value was taken".

Except his wallet which was taken by a "filthy animal", whereas Madeleine was taken by a paedophile who is "treating her with the love and respect that she deserves".

Shutters
PeterMac Yesterday at 2:41 pm

said she "knew at once", that Madeleine had been abducted, and Gerry
has followed that line, even though he too has never revealed the
evidence. Their entire publicity machine, and everything they have done
since is predicated on that one remark.
I simply want to know how she knew.

The shutters were raised. A child wouldn't be able to raise them.

Re:Kate McCanns Book.
Would I buy Kate McCanns Book,a big definitely no,I really cannot possibly see what she could put in it that we don't already know.If there is any more truth to come at all shouldn't the McCanns go to the Portugal Police and tell them,I certainly don't want to read any more woe us the victims.I just can not understand how they have dictated the investigation, could we here in the UK say no we are not giving you our finance details, and no medical records, and no to a reconstruction. In fact we are going home now to work on our fund, some how I don't think any explanation for theses questions or any explanations will be given in the book .It's going to be fluffy words as we have had all along.

Thank God that someone didn't steal any valuables.

No I won't be buying the book. As I expected and from what I have seen already the book is just another load of sensationalist "money making" nonsense. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

I won't be buying the book but, if I happen to go to my local book shop, I might move a few copies to the fantasy and crime sections!

It's a feeling, you know, like a hunch. I wouldn't take it too literally else you'll get yourself all confoozed! [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Have to say, today's Sun story about the couples sex life is a bit over the top. Who wants to know that. I think it was totally unnecessary to print that.

As much as I feel very sorry for Madeleine I am
tired of hearing/seeing her parents. It's down to their dreadful
parenting that this abduction happened in the first place. And as for
hearing about Kate's sex life (or lack of) - I don't want to know.
- David of Nuneaton, Nuneaton, 10/5/2011 14:01
When will this woman shut up and stop discussing their private life via the media; far too much information Mrs McCann.
- Caroline, London, 10/5/2011 8:59
think this comes under the heading of "too much sharing." Thank you.
- Robin, Of Croxley., 10/5/2011 9:09
This is getting too much now. Don't need this much info.
- KA, UK, 10/5/2011 9:05
Really scraping the barrel now talking about your sex life.
- MDolla, Flabberghasted, 10/5/2011 9:51
Yuck! Why do we need to know about their sex life, that's completely unneccessary.
- Sally, Sheffield, 10/5/2011 8:36
Who is in the least bit interested in details of the their marriage? Yuck!
- Margaret, Alva, Scotland, 10/5/2011 8:33
I don't really think we need to know the
intimate side of their life. This is about looking for Madelaine and as
such the public do not need the details of their sex life
- Linda, Fife, 10/5/2011 10:03
Too much information.
If a doctor considers it apropriate to share such personal information
with the world I would not trust them to look after any of my family.
Clearly the woman has lost all personal dignity.
