He continued 'They (cyber thieves) did not, I reiterate, enter through the website window, they just walked in through the unlocked door, and removed any trace of evidence that they had ever been there, at all'

He also added that the 'transgender' cyber thieves may 'have been wearing distinctive purple clothing,..... but it wasn't their friend, JT'

Operation Grange promptly identify and investigate scores of potential suspects, but avoid questioning those directly involved or affected as they don't wish to start any rumours. sarcastic

@Pennylane - I wonder where that leaves investigation of cold cases in the future?

Will we see defence lawyers pleading along the lines of what's good enough for one is good enough for everyone?

One wonders what precedents will be set. Although some cases can be a double edged sword, such as the McCann's lawyer citing the Eugene Zapata case in order to dismiss the value of the blood and cadaver dogs, only to have him confess to murdering his wife.
