Well I have just checked out a few of the kids, and some are clearly 'missing' and you can find references to them online

Now, in the case of this little boy, I went here:

and then put "overseas" in the box
and came up with only five children
Madeleine McC being one,
Ben Needham being another
then a little girl called
Maria-Brigitte Henselmann
​masses of references to her online... then
Katrice Lee
​again, zillions of mentions (heartbreaking)
so Ricardo is the ONLY one that has not got a whiff of publicity.
It's weird and i wonder, from the timeline, whether it is a 'red herring' to kind of show children are still going missing in Portugal... ​

I checked with the Association of missing children here, and the president told me they have no record of him at all

It is a hoax, with no details, no press reports, nothing

Maria also tweeted as much some weeks ago

It was CEOP in a private Email to an enquiry, saying he had been found.

No details, no trumpeting the wonders of £ 2m per annum Charities - FOUND ANOTHER ONE< PLEASE GIVE GENEROUSLY. . .

No. Just the very strange CEOPS saying on a private individual email to ONE person that he had been found.
No one in Portugal seems to know anything about him, not the PJ not the Portuguese missing children network, not the local press , Nobody.
No one else anywhere knows anything about him.

And of course, as I posted a few hours ago, on the missingkids site he is still there, just above Madeleine,
They haven't a CLUE !    
I think we can would be well advised to ignore everything Missing People, Missingkids (who have people in their 70s on the site !) PACT, CEOPS and all the rest of the vampires who suck money out of the gullible have to say about anything at all.  Which by extension means we should ignore their Ambassadors and everything they do or say.

On one of the sites they have the decency to say so.  Thee children are not MISSING in any conventional sense.
Just as the children sought by PACT are not "abducted" in the normal meaning of the word.
Lady Whatshername lost custody, and wants her children back.   (We may or may not agree with her point of view, since the children are being brought up as Muslims)
That is all.   So she claims a salary of £ 83,000 a year
It is a branch of Public International law (aka Conflict of Laws). Not of Child abduction.
