Since the case is becoming black and white, clear as day and night which side is well supported by evidence as well as by witnesses, IMO the Judge wont be wasting precious time and resources to hear the parties. Just my view of course.
I would be surprised if the Judge approves the parties to speak, because it wont add anything to or make a difference to the already strong indication which side has a stronger stance to win.

IIRC if she does give evidence it is only the judge who will be able to question her.

I can remember from the very early 3As days warnings not to sue. They haven't listened so imo it looks like Drs. do not always know best.

They do not have a leg to stand on, if they go by past statements. Didn't Michael Wright say, on the stand, that when GA's book was released "10,000 posters of Madeleine were taken down, in Portugal"? But I recall that it said in Jon Conner's video of the McCann's that once they were made arguidos, "posters were taken down in Portugal" or words to that effect
