Not a bad idea to make a list (in order) of suspects and a chronology of sightings linked to potentially negative or positive publicity events.

Thanks Tigger. It seems this sketch is supposed to be of the same man that was seen hanging around by a young girl who described him as having pimples and being ugly and disgusting. The efit she helped police create (the one that looks like D Payne with the sunglasses) is a bit different to say the least! For one he was supposed to have extremely short blond hair!
