Theory 1: Madeleine died in the apartment

Fact:

To collect evidence to support Theory 1, the deployments of two snifferdogs was required.

Of course it’s madness just to rely on the findings of the sniffer dogs. Their alerts are meaningless without corroborative evidence.

So what evidence was established from the findings of the dogs?

The only DNA matches the FSS lab could identify is DNA belonging to 3 people very much alive: Kate& Gerry McCann and GNR officer Lino Henriques

The results of the forensic examinations of the dogs findings in the apt.5a and/or the rental car, did NOT identify any blood or DNA exclusive from Madeleine. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Before and AFTER the dogs Madeleine's blood or DNA was NEVER found in apt.5a or rental car.

Further factual evidence: NONE!!

What more evidence is needed, but is not present in the case or theory?

NO MEANS, NO MOTIVE, NO OPPORTUNITY, NO EYEWITNESSES, NO EVIDENCE DOGS FINDINGS, NO OTHER FORENSIC EVIDENCE, NO BLOOD, NO DNA EXCLUSIVE MADELEINE'S, NO CHARACTER HISTORY.

NOTHING!!!

More significantly, there is absolutely no character history to indicate any of these people have the psychological mind set to both commit a terrible crime (perfectly) and then go on to parade their criminality in our faces though setting up a fraudulent fund and barefaced maintaining the lie over a substantial period of time, now 5 YEARS. Theory 2: Abduction

On 3 May 2007, the night Madeleine McCann disappeared from apartment 5a in Praia da Luz, Algarve, Portugal, Kate knew immediately her child was taken.

When the police didn't find Madeleine in the apartment, a forensics search for traces of a possible abductor was made the next day. But unfortunately owing to the badly managed crime scene, contamination by the police, the failure in police procedure and forensics in Portugal and the UK. it was impossible to make any useful findings.

Management of a crime scene is ALWAYS the responsibility of the police enforcement in charge!!!

The crime scene was not correctly managed; failure to secure the scene, failure to examine Madeleine's bed linen and Cuddle Cat for traces of a possible abductor, along with fingerprints (inadequate sample) and hairs (both fingerprints and hairs, yet to be identified), all reveal that it is impossible to find traces of any abductor. But that does not mean there was no abductor. How can you eliminate the possibility of an abductor, if all the forensics were not done correctly?

Facts and forensic "ëvidence"

1° Shutter raised, window open, curtains open
2° Madeleine gone. Cuddle Cat and pink blanket were
left behind on the bed.
3° Unidentified hairs found in children's bedroom
4° Two sets of DNA unidentified
5° A size 14 bootprint next to Madeleine/s bed
6° Another bootprint under the windowskill
7° Unidentified fingerprints on the patio door
8° Outside of one patio door: Eight inadequate
prints were recovered
9° Outside of [the other] patio door: One
inadequate print was recovered.
10° Outside of the shutter to the children's
bedroom: three inadequate prints were recovered.
11° Unidentified fingerprints on children's bedroom
door handle
12° Unidentified fingerprints on the INSIDE of the
frontdoor.
13° Window INSIDE had not just one fingerprint, but
FIVE. One not surprising, indeed Kate's, one
other identified as a policeman. Three others
not identified! Whose prints were they..??

17° Jane Tanner, & Four members of the Smith family,
FIVE eyewitnesses statements: all saw a man with
child on foot walking on the streets of PDL.

around the apartment, observing
19° Margaret Hall statement: attempt to kidnapping 6
months b4 Maddie. same apt.

24° A KEY witness with potentially vital ­evidence
about the disappearance of Madeleine McCann has
just been interviewed by a Scotland Yard
detective on the cold case review team.
25° Finally, statistics: statistically the
likelihood of the parents pulling off the most
successful and audacious crime in living
memory under the circumstances we know is
incalculable, because it would be unprecedented,
therefore it is statistically far less likely
than an abduction. Its that simple.

One of them will be dianne webster. She tried to lift the shutter when she went to apartment 5A that night, which in her own very words was 'too heavy' so they were closed to lift them....lifting the shutter "that was closed"

So what is all the garbage from kate mccann it went whoosh as they were open....they weren't...dianne webster tried to open them!! matt oldfield didn't even see them open as he glanced into the room...this 15 mins after jane tanner saw her sighting so they would have been open then...pull the other one, its got bells on it!

Concerned in the sense of involved, or in the sense of worried ? English is not always clear.
Both. We had 25 cm (9 inches) of rain in 5 hours. So a total of 4,600 m3 = tonnes on my land. Quite a lot.
Which is why, when it has joined up with all the rest in the rivers, it caused such death and destruction at the bottom of the hills.
9 confirmed dead so far, and many hundreds evacuated.
Most have no insurance, and will rely on State assistance.

I'm living high on the border of a big river. Whenever we would have a flood here, it would be called Deluge.
