This is so out of the bolt! Isn"t NOTW closed due to Phone Hacking scandal?

This is not Murdoch's NOTW it is run by Gianno Di Stefano who has a checkered past & present. I imagine he is aware that it is not illegal (as regards the McCann's at least) to reproduce Goncalo Amaral's book in the UK. Whether he has cleared it with Amaral is another matter although I can't see him minding as his book is everywhere on the internet already and even can be read on this very site.

Alyoyo, what a find! There is such a comprehensive disclaimer at the top, surely done by better lawyers than CR.

The logo at the top is more or less the same as the hard copy? How long has this existed? Because Murdoch wouldn't tolerate it whilst NOTW was still in existence?
Imo this seems to have Murdoch's blessing if it hasn't been going for very long. It's unlikely that Murdoch didn't foresee some of the scandal of last year and he is the kind of man who plans his revenge before his first defeat.
