Sorry if this has been discussed before, couldn't find it anywhere.
Who are these other people registered as occupants at the McCanns home address? I've never heard their names mentioned before.

Almost certainly the previous occupants of the property. My daughter, for example, is shown as having three addresses, and is shown as sharing her current address with two others. She doesn't - these are the people who lived there two and a half years ago!
