(a) Carter-Ruck’s costs up to 19 April were ‘well over £120,000’, (McCanns V Bennett)
Well stone me!! I thought they (Carter-Ruck) were working quietly behind the scenes free of charge.
I really do hope TB or his legal team point this out to the judge in the case of McCanns V Bennett.

Ah Zappa! CR divulged earlier this year that in this exceptional case they are working on a retainer. I need not spell it out - smart lad like you!
