Perhaps the survivors aught to contact a Solicitor and bring a class action against the Officers from the Essex Police force, unless compensation is paid to these person's?

After all they may have assets, they may want to protect in a civil matter "just look at Cant Pay,We'll take it Away",they are quite ruthless when the Law is applied through the Court system, except where certain persons have corrupted themselves in their dismissals in the first place!

OPERATION FERBRIDGE: Timebomb at Elms Guest House Empty IICSA Westminster Inquiry

Post by Doug D 31.10.18 17:43

Allegations of Child Sexual Abuse linked to Westminster

An overarching inquiry into allegations of child sexual abuse and exploitation involving people of public prominence associated with Westminster.

This investigation will consider evidence relating to allegations of child sexual abuse committed by persons of public prominence associated with Westminster and how these came to light; the findings of relevant investigations; whether there is evidence of conspiracy, cover-up, interference or tolerance in relation to child sexual abuse committed by persons of public prominence associated with Westminster; whether governmental, political and law enforcement institutions were aware of and took appropriate  steps; and whether there are adequate safeguarding and child protection policies in place within political parties, government departments and agencies.

Chair of the Inquiry, Prof Alexis Jay invites lead counsel to investigation Andrew O'Connor QC to open the preliminary hearing into allegations of Child Sexual Abuse linked to Westminster. Public hearings will be held in March 2019 [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Andrew O'Connor explains there are 15 organisations & individuals represented in this investigation. AoC says there are 6 areas which are largely non recent and 1 which will look at current safeguarding practices. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

AoC: it is neither possible nor proportionate to investigate all allegations that have been made - for example 'Operation Midland' and the allegations made by "Nick" are not going to form part of the scope of this [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] due to ongoing live legal proceedings

Secret service to testify on ‘political paedophiles’

October 31 2018, 12:00pm,

Sean O’Neill, Chief Reporter

MI6 is co-operating with the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse

Britain’s spy agencies will be called to give evidence about their knowledge of suspected paedophiles in the Westminster establishment, a public inquiry heard yesterday.

MI5, MI6 and GCHQ are co-operating with the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse (IICSA) and have already provided files and documents relevant to its investigation into the failure to pursue and prosecute child abusers in Whitehall and parliament.

It will be a highly unusual move for the intelligence services to present evidence at a public inquiry and a preliminary hearing was told that some material might have to be heard in secret for national security reasons.

Andrew O’Connor, QC, the inquiry counsel, said that he hoped the intelligence evidence “will be given in public hearings” but added: “It is, of course, inherent in the work that the agencies do that some information — about, for example, records that they do or do not hold — cannot be given publicly without damaging national security interests.”

The whips’ offices of all the major political parties have also been asked for documents and archives are being trawled for evidence that abuse scandals were covered up.

Full evidence hearings on the Westminster issues are scheduled for March next year but the inquiry heard that the allegations that led to it being set up by Theresa May, when she was home secretary in 2014, were no longer part of the investigation.

Mrs May created the inquiry at the height of claims that a powerful paedophile ring had been protected for decades and its members had murdered children during “sex parties” at the Dolphin Square apartment complex.

The allegations led to Scotland Yard’s disastrous Operation Midland investigation, based on the statements of a man known as “Nick”, which saw public figures including Field Marshal Lord Bramall and the former home secretary Leon Brittan being wrongly accused of offences.

Mr O’Connor said the decision not to investigate Operation Midland during the public inquiry was now “particularly compelling” because of related criminal proceedings.

He added: “‘Nick’ has now been charged with perverting the course of justice and fraud in relation to the allegations and is currently on remand awaiting trial. It is plainly imperative that nothing that we do as part of this investigation prejudices in any way the fairness of those criminal proceedings”.

Mr O’Connor said a number of other notorious cases linked to Westminster — including those of the late former MPs, Cyril Smith, a Liberal, and Victor Montagu and Peter Morrison, both Conservatives —- will be investigated.

The cases were being examined because of claims from former police officers that they had been “warned off investigating possible cases of child sexual abuse committed by senior politicians and other establishment figures in the 1960s, 70s and 80s”.

Mr O’Connor said the inquiry intended to call the secretary of the D-Notice committee, which liaises with the media over the protection of national security information, to give evidence.

The IICSA will also examine why the high ranking diplomat Peter Hayman, who died in 1992, escaped prosecution for sending obscene material through the post. The allegations against Hayman, who is believed to have been an MI6 official, were made public under parliamentary privilege in 1981.

The diplomat was a member of the Paedophile Information Exchange (PIE), which during the Seventies was seeking government funding. Mr O’Connor said links between PIE and Whitehall would be investigated and the inquiry was also seeking evidence from Liberty (formerly the National Council for Civil Liberties) about its dealings with the paedophile group in the Seventies and Eighties.

Esther Baker
Ms Baker would like to point out that Mr O’Neill’s reporting is as so often the case incorrect. IICSA was not set up on the basis of Midland. Elm Guest house was at the centre of the call for the inquiry and that is still a major feature.

Ms Baker would like to point out, and let WM CPs & their lawyers that this is a mis-representation by Mr O’Connor. There were no contents in the submission that were at all sensitive contents to me! The submission I believe has been restricted from CPs and their counsel due to

the fact that it asked for items to be addressed that so far have been left unaddressed and in my opinion covered over. Any CP or counsel who wishes to view these submissions are more than welcome to contact myself or my counsel [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Mr Hulbert has also prepared a detailed witness statement for the Inquiry. Mr Hulbert notes that he has been the subject of considerable press speculation and some personal criticism during previous inquiries into these matters.
6.     Given the scope of the Westminster investigation, I have concluded that, by reason of the allegations that he has made and his involvement in previous inquiries, Mr Hulbert has a significant interest in the matters under investigation.

OPERATION FERBRIDGE: Timebomb at Elms Guest House Empty Operation Fernbridge

Post by willowthewisp 01.11.18 17:09

Hi DougD,note how Mrs Theresa Mays original remit to Parliament was investigations into child abuse,Deaths at Dolphin Square has now been dropped, why,is there No evidence or further mention in this article?

No child abuse Nor deaths has taken place in Dolphin Square then,Mr Andrew O'Connor?

I wonder if it is possible for Police Super Intendent Robert Griffen of Nottinghamshire to explain a "Robust Paedophile Ring",there is either a Paedophile ring or there isn't One in the first place!

Another Police Officer being semantic with words!

Now so much evidence being dependant on Operation Midland,"Nick" Eleven charges, yet No mention of Operation Yewtree, with nefarious links to Elm Guest House Dolphin Square, which seemingly has now been dropped from Investigating!

Mr Harvey Procter's Civil Claim must be dependant on "Nick" being found guilty,as the Two Lords have been compensated by the Metropolitan Police Service?
Mr Procter did visit Elm Guest House when he was an MP.perhaps this is the reason why Mr Procter is being treated differently than the Lords over Operation Midland,One Million Pound civil Claim!

The Elephant in the Room,Elm Guest House, now owned by One Zac Goldsmith, related to Princess Lady Diana Spencer, who lost her life tragically in a "Car Accident in Paris"?

OPERATION FERBRIDGE: Timebomb at Elms Guest House Empty Re: OPERATION FERBRIDGE: Timebomb at Elms Guest House

Post by Doug D 10.11.18 17:50

Janner hearing pushed back 12 months apparently to allow

1/.  ‘new lines of inquiry’ to be pursued,

2/. to allow IOPC to complete its own inquiry into the role of Leicester police.

IICSA seem to have just tried to slip it through with the following diary announcement:

·       3 - 21 February 2020 Public Hearing - Institutional responses to allegations of child sexual abuse involving the late Lord Janner of Braunstone QC

but Leicester Mercury have come up with this.

Inquiry into child sexual abuse allegations against Greville Janner 'pushed back to 2020'

The late Greville Janner
The public hearing into child sexual abuse allegations against former Leicester MP Greville Janner has been pushed back to 2020 to allow "new lines of inquiry" to be explored.
The Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse (IICSA) has set aside three weeks in February 2020 to examine public bodies’ historical handling of the multiple allegations against the late Labour MP and peer.
It says the hearing has been scheduled to allow the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) to complete its own inquiry into the role of Leicestershire Police in the investigation of the late politician’s alleged crimes against boys, many of whom were living in children's homes at the time.
Alleged victims had hoped the IICSA hearing would take place in early or mid-next year.
The IOPC, formerly the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC), said yesterday its investigation was taking longer than originally envisioned because of the emergence of new "lines of inquiry".
It could not give a date when it expects its work to conclude and allow the IICSA hearing to begin.
That will enable up to 33 men to give their accounts of alleged abuse by Janner.
He was accused of 22 sexual offences against boys between 1963 and 1988 but died shortly before Christmas 2015, aged 87.
His death ended the prospect of his alleged victims’ evidence ever being tested in a criminal court.
His family insists he is innocent of any wrongdoing.
Three chances to put the politician on trial for child abuse were missed because of mistakes by the police or prosecutors, a retired High Court judge ruled in the weeks after his death.
Sir Richard Henriques said in January 2016 that the former Leicester MP should have been charged with offences against boys in 1991, 2002 and 2007.

The cases did not proceed because of the “inadequacy” of police investigations or decisions by senior prosecutors, Sir Richard reported.
A fourth Leicestershire Police inquiry – Operation Enamel – would have led to charges had the Labour politician not become severely ill with dementia and been deemed unfit to stand trial in late 2015.
The IOPC is investigating the conduct of officers who were with the force at the times of those investigations.
The IICSA was asked to look at whether efforts to try the former Labour MP for Leicester West for alleged child abuse when he was alive and well were “hindered or prevented” by public authorities.
Leicestershire Police, Leicestershire County Council and the Labour Party are to be questioned about their knowledge and handling of the allegations.
What does one of the alleged victims say?
John Gater, one of the alleged victims – who has waived his right to anonymity – said: “It is disappointing the hearing has been put back so far into the future.
“We were all under the impression the hearing would take place in 2019 and I had to do a double-take when I read that it was going to be in 2020.

Greville Janner served in Parliament for 40 years from 1970, first as a Leicester MP and then as a peer
“I want closure and to be able to move on with my life.”

What does the IICSA say?
An IICSA spokeswoman said: “The IOPC is currently investigating Leicestershire Police’s handling of allegations of sexual abuse by the late Lord Janner of Braunstone QC.
"As per the chair’s determination of April 11, 2017, to minimise duplication of work and ensure the public hearing will not contaminate evidence relevant to any criminal proceedings, the inquiry has set aside a window for this investigation hearing at a later date.”

What does the IPOC say?
A spokesman for the IOPC said: “New lines of inquiry that have emerged in recent months have extended the scope of our investigation, which is ongoing.
“From the outset we have co-operated fully with the IICSA team.
“We have held regular meetings with them to keep them updated on the progress of our investigation and to discuss the timescales we are working to.”
The Janner investigation is one of a number of strands of the IICSA’s inquiry into allegations of sexual abuse by significant public figures, including those within children’s homes and the Catholic and Anglican churches and in the Houses of Parliament.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Nothing that I can find on either of their web sites and looking at the speed of the other IOPC investigations, are they likely to have actually finished by then to allow the IICSA hearing to go ahead?

How long have the IOPC (and previous body) been looking at Stephen Lawrence (and still not got there!)?

Maybe (or more likely not) this will free up an additional 3 weeks this Feb to give them some more time to look at the seriously time pressured Westminster inquiry?

Hi DougD,thanks for your article on Lord Janner,so the "Establishment Cover Up" continues dependent on IOPC investigation,a bit like the Daniel Morgan unsolved Murder close to 32yrs of investigations, yet No Criminal Convictions!
You will also understand how there is never any mention of the untimely deaths of Social Care Worker Mr Frank Beck and his solicitor in connection to the child abuse by Lord Janner, they were not part of the very same case it seems, yet Mr Beck alerted the Leicestershire Police, first?

How did Lord Janner know it was Mr Frank Beck who accused him of Child abuse,as his Identity was supposed to have been "Confidential", yet Mr Janner was able to convince the Police they had the wrong Man,that it waas Mr Frank Beck they should investigate, who then ended up convicted of child abuse, whilst Lord Janner remained "free" for the rest of his life!

Poacher turned Game keeper,Mr Janner?

Hi sar,you understand how it was extremely difficult to not apprehend a person of interest on Three separate occasions, but only needed One chance to nab Mr Franck Beck, the original accuser, whose solicitor died in a Road Traffic Accident, same Leicestershire Police Force?

Whilst appealing his clients case, the Solicitor that was killed in the RTA,where mysteriously driver and vehicle disappeared never to be traced, but no coincidences occurred you understand, same child abuse case different outcome!

So what is the probability, you accuse a person of Child Abuse, your "Confidentiality is breached"?

Where the person you name, now turns the table upside down naming an accuser whose Identity he doesn't know?

That the original accuser is jailed for child abuse, where the First named escapes imprisonment for the remainder of his life?

So if Frank Beck is ever determined to be proved right in naming his original accuser as a child abuser, the"Guilty Person" escapes Justice due to Police,CPS/DPP Government cohorts,"Establishment",but No Cover Up,a technical issue!

How or why didn't CEOP apprehend this person having access to this information,as per their monitoring guidelines that must be in place to secure the logging on off procedure not being abused!

Seriously, when was the last time you heard any UK Police force openly support the CEOP programmes to apprehend the Paedophiles,oh only when person's started to entrap the Paedophiles via the Internet, then call for extreme measures to control the,"Hunters of Paedophiles?

‘Nick’s’ trial now scheduled for March, which as Mark Watts has pointed out, conveniently coincides with the IICSA Westminster inquiry, so this will be ‘off-limits’.

[size=32]VIP 'paedophile ring' accuser to face trial in March[/size]
·                      1 hour ago
A 50-year-old man who claimed to be the victim of an alleged VIP paedophile ring in the 1970s and 1980s is to stand trial in March next year.
He is not being named for legal reasons but is known by the pseudonym Nick.
He appeared by video link for a hearing at Newcastle Crown Court charged with 12 counts of perverting the course of justice and one of fraud.
Defence barrister Raymond Tully said it was anticipated the case would be fully contested.
The defendant made allegations against the ex-chief of the defence staff, Lord Bramall, and the politicians Sir Edward Heath, Lord Brittan and Harvey Proctor.
His claims led to a £2.5m inquiry by Scotland Yard but no action followed.
Northumbria Police then carried out an investigation.
The trial at Newcastle Crown Court will begin on 5 March and last for between six and eight weeks.

Hi sar.  I wonder as to why the Trail of "Nick" is taking so long to come to Trail, its not as if the UK Police didn't have the"Evidence to Charge" in some obscure place is it has been held by the establishment for many years, when it suits their course of action, but when it comes to securing evidence on MP's Cohorts affiliated to Elm Guest, vamoosh, vanished from Parliament secret hiding place!

Is it some sort of coincidence that Mr Proctors "Civil Claim" is taking the Full time limit of three Years alongside the case of "Nick"to be being charged with Eleven counts of "Perverting a Course of Justice and One charge of Fraud, that the Metropolitan Police assisted "Nicks claim",how nice of them to offer this service,Operation Midland?

Perhaps the leading lights of "Authority" envisage to torture the mind of"Nick" in the prolongation to Trail,as the"Establishment" have threatened to have Nick charged for well on nigh the last Two years or more, since they couldn't find any evidence from a well known pop idol,Operation Yewtree,Midland,South Yorkshire Police,BBC libel trail?
The "Establishment" have used the "Suicided" method to ensure silencing the song birds for many years,Mr Cook,Iraq War Dr Kelly spring to mind!

You then have to wonder as to how,why IOPC have been granted extra leave on Janners failed Prosecution,is"Nick" part of the Non prosecution case,iiCSA extension working in collaboration with UK Police Force!

Which are supposed to be separate?

Carl Beech: Accuser of 'VIP paedophile ring' named

·       1 hour ago

A man who claimed he was the victim of an alleged VIP paedophile ring can now be named as Carl Beech.

A judge at Newcastle Crown Court has lifted an order barring publication of his name.
He had previously been known by the pseudonym Nick.
Mr Beech, who is 50, has been charged with 12 counts of perverting the course of justice and one count of fraud. He is due to stand trial next May.
He made allegations against the ex-chief of the defence staff, Lord Bramall, and politicians Sir Edward Heath, Lord Brittan and Harvey Proctor.
His claims led to a £2.5m inquiry by Scotland Yard - Operation Midland.
No action resulted from his allegations and the inquiry was closed.
Mr Beech was charged after Northumbria Police passed a file to the Crown Prosecution Service in September 2017.
He appeared at court via video link. He will stand trial on 7 May next year. No pleas have been entered.

According to Mark Watts:

‘Part of the complication for media re naming is that there are allegations of child sexual abuse made by 'Nick' where he has not been charged with attempting to pervert course of justice or fraud.’

so does that imply that the police are happy that some of his allegations are true, even though no action is being taken?

The trial has also crept even further back to May 2019.

Carl Beech was a middle management NGS Patient Liaison Officer [PALS] for Swindon Hospitals NNS Trust and was a governor, trustee and Director of a private school.

I suspect that the eventual verdict will make the £2 million Operation Midland investigations look very very silly

They were photographed and the photo handed to a press agency, who released it on 8 May, as the search for Madeleine continued. The McCanns held up these same pyjamas at two press conferences on 5 & 7June 2007. How could Madeleine have been abducted?"

Amelie McCann (aged 2): "Maddie's jammies!".

How very reminiscent of Savile, who had a lot to do with various hospitals, and Cyril Smith, who was a governor of a school or children's home IIRC .    Pure coincidence, obviously.

So in the interest of Justice aka a "Pop Idol"apparently defamed by the South Yorkshire Police issuing a Raid on his Berkshire home to BBC Journalist?

Why has this Judge from Newcastle Court decided that "Nick" is to have his Real name and lively hood exposed to the General Public, even though his Crown Court Trail hasn't started,May 2019!

So it was wrong for the BBC Journalist to record the raid via helicopter unfurling the name of the "Pop Idol",yet a judge can openly name an alleged person's name, prior to his Trail, isn't this a breach of his Human rights Article 6/8 of ECHR!

OPERATION FERBRIDGE: Timebomb at Elms Guest House Empty operation Fernbridge

Post by willowthewisp 10.12.18 15:04

In today's BBC headlines mostly about"Brexit"!

A  former Royal chauffeur,Mr Alwyn Stockdale aged 81,was to be charged with Four allegations on abusing children,Two for each Boy,but has Not been Formally charged.
The CPS received the file in August,a decision was reached to charge Mr Stockdale with these offences.
A CPS spokesperson said,"following a Metropolitan Police investigation into Crimes committed years ago", "The suspect has since Died and therefore No prosecution can take place"!

Yet just another one of those cases where the "Lead suspects" depart from life earlier than face charges cases!

Mr Frank Beck and his Solicitor met with untimely Deaths involving a former MP/Lord,but in Mr Becks case an accused person "Persuaded"the Police to pursue the Social Care worker who informed the Police of the MPs conduct!

But No Cover Ups on child abuse!

A  CHAUFFEUR to the Queen sexually abused a boy at his Buckingham Palace quarters.
Alwyn Stockdale also sexually assaulted a second young boy at a relative’s home. One lad was ten, the other under 14.

Alwyn Stockdale attacked boys while working as a chauffeur for the Queen
Retired Stockdale, 81, admitted the attacks, which took place in the 1970s.
But the paedophile died in hospital last week after prosecutors told police to charge him with crimes dating back to the 1970s.
It took 19 months for Met officers to trace Stockdale after a man in his 50s revealed the pervert assaulted him when he was ten.
At the time Stockdale lived in Royal Household quarters at Buckingham Palace Mews.

The assault against the 10-year-old lad took place while Stockdale was living in Royal Household quarters at Buckingham Palace Mews
It is understood that when interviewed Stockdale, who later lived in a cottage on the Windsor estate, confessed to abusing the boy and another lad under 14.
He was to be charged with indecently assaulting one boy and three offences of gross indecency relating to the second.
However, Stockdale died of natural causes before being notified of the prosecution.

One of the boys was attacked at the West Yorkshire home of a relative who also worked as a royal servant. The family member was unaware of the crime.
The other is thought to have been abused at Stockdale’s Palace quarters.
A source said: “The victims are understandably upset that Stockdale will not face justice. They’ve lived with what he did all their adult lives.’
“There are questions over why it took so long for police to identify and get round to questioning Stockdale.
“Given his age, it was a race against time to bring him to justice.
“But like Jimmy Savile and the MP Cyril Smith, he died before that could happen.’’
Buckingham Palace refused to comment.

Is ITV purposely projecting a certain "once pop idol"as a Saintly person who has been wronged by being some what exposed as something he isn't?

Jonathon Ross show and now his Sixty years of entertainment to the World Wide audiences!

Will it come back to bite ITV on it's *rse, should he be uncovered for something he was in an "Attendance List" where Eight Police Officers and MP's a Party event at Elm Guest house, where One of the owners passed away,(Insullin DependantOverdose)suicided at a very early age(46)?

It has been widely reported that child abuse was participated in at Parties at this address, but the infamous Metropolitan Police Service were never able to trace the alleged perpetrators, like "Snow Whites Palace" on Official Police raids!
