I'm feeling concerned over the soon to be implemented no cash fares on London buses.
Not because I'm paranoid about the control aspect but because of the aggro this will inevitably cause. Most people do have passes of one sort or another but there's always going to be someone who doesn't and isn't aware of the new system.
I'm afraid that it will be a nightmare for staff and passengers alike.

If the system is going to work, like it does in the Netherlands, some people are going to pay too much, as they check in, but forget to check OUT. I understand that this amounts there so far to a couple of million Euros and discussion is whether the transportation companies can use the money for themselves or have to invest it in improvements of services.
