MISSING STATEMENTS IN P.J. FILES

Apologies if this has already been discussed elsewhere: But I am beginning to think the key is somewhere in the hidden statements we cannot see in the P.J. Files. In particular, Nick Berry, Raj Balu, Mrs Carpenter and perhaps even some of the others. On going briefly through statements, I also found it very surprising to see that some of the other guests were getting 'takeaway' meals (as they could not get a table on 3rd).... Berry and Balu got takeaways and 4 bottles of wine!! (To eat/drink on the balcony where they overheard the commotion or maybe even an earlier 'commotion'/sighting)...Raj Balu a barrister specialising in immigration/ did not Kate McCann take on lawyer's who specialise in same.. It is all so confusing..!!

Yes, I agree that those missing files are fascinating. Nick Berry overheard something crucial that night that we don't know - it could make everything fall into place I think. The way that they say they reaffirm their previous statements is tantalizing. What was in them??

In the Stephen Birch interview with PVTV he claimed a "neglected" sighting of a chap (I actually think he claimed it was Gerry - will struggle to watch it again to check) heading along the top of the apartments towards Murat's house. He claimed this was the Balu/Berry sighting, but I was under the impression too that this would be in a withheld statement, so how would he know about it? Also I can't quite understand why he thinks this points to Murat's places rather than a date with destiny as Smithman.

The name is NEIL Berry. Nick Berry is an actor (Heartbeat, Eastenders)

Anybody know what the "Katerina Payne" incident is about?

If it isn't distinct from the "Katherina Gaspar / David Payne" incident then it seems like an odd way to refer to it.

I suspect that in comparative terms the information which the PJ have made public is not dissimilar to the 3 documents the McCanns were able to wrest from the clutches of the Leicestershire RPA via the Wardship proceedings and that what we are able to view is merely the procedural tip of an iceberg sufficient in size to hole their titantic deceit and which will, in the fullness of time, cause it to go down with all hands.
