R v Simon Bromley re-listed for 9.30am, Tues 28 January at BASILDON MAGISTRATES COURT
The case had originally been listed for the previous day.
Because of police skullduggery and shenaigans of one kind or another in this case over 11.5 years, I took the precaution of checking this with Sian Jones, the Chief Clerk of Essex Magistrates Court.
To cut a long story short, she told us that Kent Police had given a date for this hearing when there was no Magistrates Court sitting at Basildon that day and - contrary to normal procedures - without informing the court.
The reasons for this have yet to be explained, but after a flurry of exchanges between Sian Jones and Kent Police bosses, the date and time have been changed to:
9.30am
TUESDAY 28 January 2014
BASILDON MAGISTRATES COURT, Nethermayne, Basildon.
Les continues with his efforts to inform the Court that there is no evidence at all to suggest that Lee's death was the result of an accident caused by alleged 'negligence'

Dr Martin Roberts: "The evidence is that these are the pjyamas Madeleine wore on holiday in Praia da Luz. They were photographed and the photo handed to a press agency, who released it on 8 May, as the search for Madeleine continued. The McCanns held up these same pyjamas at two press conferences on 5 & 7June 2007. How could Madeleine have been abducted?"
Amelie McCann (aged 2): "Maddie's jammies!".
