A good thing to do would be to go back to the earliest press reports and read what was said in the early days.....

Mark Warner, the holiday firm which runs the luxury resort, claimed last night there was no sign of a break in at the ground floor apartment overlooking the sea. But Brian Healy, Madeleine's maternal grandfather, told the Guardian his son-in-law had phoned him shortly after returning to the apartment from a nearby restaurant to find Madeleine had disappeared.

"Gerry told me when they went back the shutters to the room were broken, they were jemmied up and she was gone," said Mr Healy. "She'd been taken from the chalet. The door was open."

"It is not right to say that they just left them," said Mr Healy. "They could see the chalet from where they were sitting in the restaurant, they were a hundred yards away. They went back every half hour to check on the children. When they returned at the end of their meal she was gone. My daughter can hardly speak. She is distraught, she is crying and in shock."

Just two points on that really. Why ring back to the UK so early in proceedings anyway? And why did Gerry, rather than Kate, call Brian Healy?

Just two points on that really. Why ring back to the UK so early in proceedings anyway? And why did Gerry, rather than Kate, call Brian Healy?

Gerry was going to be the one to control everything from the start....or Kate could hardly speak, perhaps distraught and crying amongst the shock big grin

KM calls made (efectuadas) & received (recebidas) which shows 5 calls to …507, …137 & ..923 numbers:

Similarly Michelle Thompson’s (Jon Corners partner) rogatory statement dated 1^st May 2008 does not seem to support this, although not necessarily so:
‘On the morning of the 4th of May, 2007, Kate called our landline but we did not hear it as we were asleep and did not put the phone on the bed. She left a message and asked us to call her once we heard the message. Kate must have tried Jon's mobile once as we stirred when it rang at about 03h20. Jon spoke briefly with Kate and then called her around 03h30………………….. Kate was very anguished on the telephone and told me………………
During the next 24 hours, we maintained contact through text messages but I spoke to her around 04h30 on the next day, Saturday, the 5th of May of 2007’.

Jon Corner doesn’t seem to have a statement in the files.

Thanks for that. Is there a link to them in the files somewhere which I couldn't find, which would lead me deeper into the mire? The more you dig the curiouser it all gets. Presumably the 'unknowns' are the ones that were instantly deleted. Am I correct in saying that we are led to believe that the content of all of her texts (in excess of 200 on the 4th) other than what they could pull off her phone, was not made available to the PJ and that they were unable to obtain details from the mobile operators for KM, ROB, MO & JT.? Was there ever an explanation for this? Thanks again.

Honestly, I don't know, the PJ however do and it's interesting that the press started to report the importance of the phonecalls only this year. Perhaps you should check out kikorattan on twitter.

There are also fairly extensive timelines in the topic of the timeline of the evening of the third as from 8 pm.

For someone that is relatively new to this mystery, I picked up on things like Editorial Intelligence weeks ago. I posted about it but it was overlooked. I am admittedly a looker on the internet for conspiracies, I have always looked for answers in places where we are not likely to find true answers. In this case, I do believe there is an answer and I dont assume this as just another Internet Conspiracy for me to delve into.
Ive looked at this case with interest purely for Justice, but I cannot get out of my head that we are in the middle of an everchanging Agenda. Whomever is in power, then the rules for this case alter to suit.....IMHO.
All angles should be looked at....The truth is out there. friends
