I wouldn't argue with that JeanM and I also think it might be doing him some good with the leader of the Liebore party - after all Silliband recently said that Cameron chose Murdoch and he chose the McCanns.

Shouldn't thinks so, even if they did, I don't think the Judge would even consider it now, when it was obviously discussed at the start. It would be wholly unfair now when it is Mr Amaral's turn to give evidence.
