Mrs S Healy: "when your son-in-law Gerry said, on the 10th February, 2010, and i quote,"Where... where, you know... where is... where... where is... where is... where is the child? We're looking for that evidence. Where is the child? What other explanation can explain how she's not here."

What do you think Gerry mean't by asking publicly what OTHER explanation can there be to explain how she's not here?
Mr Amaral has stated in his book, an other explanation which could explain why she is not here, hasn't he?
Mr Amaral, as a member of the public, has offered his explanation, so why are Mr and Mrs McCann suing him?
If Mr Amaral had a theory that was supportive of your daughter's version of events she wouldn't be suing him, would she?
But because he advanced a theory that didn't support you daughter's version of events, she is suing him.
He, and everyone, were asked, publicly, by your son-in-law for an other explanation.
Why isn't your daughter suing the many thousands of people that have also given, 'other' explanations, that differ from the McCanns version of events, as to how your grandaughter is not here?
Or is it your belief that only your daughter's version of events is right?

How can anybody say something like that about a 3 year old child.

A naughty Madeleine at times maybe, but a bad Madeleine imo is not a good word to use.

I would like to know what they consider naughty behaviour by a 3 year old. Having a tantrum and wanting attention (if that is what is meant) is not down to the child imo.

Ms McCann: Did you embark on a holiday to Turkey in the company of c26 relatives and friends in June 2007 some 6 weeks after the disappearance of your niece?

Additional question for both parties: Is there any truth to the rumour that the holiday during which your granddaughter/niece (where applicable) disappeared was regarded as being 'make or break' for your daughter's/brother's (where applicable) marriage?

Of course these questions have no part in a libel trial but, nevertheless, I'm curious as to what answers would be elicited from the above witnesses.

Grandma Healy's blood will be boiling at the notion that the public believed them to be a physical family.
Then, another newly acquired prim and proper mrs goodie two shoes friend will come on as witness to testify how angry they were that the public did not believe them,..........

...after her saintly daughter who can do no wrong, not even after she'd admitted to having left her grandchildren alone night after night in a dark room on foreign soil....she proclaimed on national tv she did not ask her saintly daughter about what exactly happened...."Why should I"- three short words, filled with lead, heavy in volume.
