A spy camera, is it true Donal?

Will my dream come true?
On the Maddie Case files there is a new article by Donal etc, "Childless couple.." where he tells about a spy camera, very powerful, and that the US sent pictures of Praia da Luz to the Yard.
if it is true, it is understandable that the review and the investigation are costing millions.
