You mean other than keeping it back for some months and then trying to hide it in between some other papers??

Certainly not to my knowledge; of course they (and others) usually deny everything - which only increases suspicion - but in my opinion they may have thought that it's best for once to say nothing, knowing that the statements will never be mentioned in the mainstream media.

I have to say that I do have doubts about the Gaspars' recollection of the comments as it seems incredible that they would be made in the presence of other people who were not of that inclination.

Exactly! The Gaspar statements are sure damning but I have my reservations about them too.
Back OT I don't think the Mcs would refer them as it would be like giving them importance plus making the general public aware of them.

Whether one has reservations about the Gaspar statements or not,it is interesting that the Mcs and team have not made any rebuttal.After all, they made a rebuttal [of sorts]about the dogs findings, and have been quick to offer alternative explanations for other potentially damning issues.But not a whisper about potentially damning observations made by some colleagues who were holidaying with them.

Now why would that be? I'm fairly sure it must have been discussed with their legal reps, their official spokesman, between the Tapas group, when the strategy was developed to protect the Mcs.But it was dropped like a hot potato.Pretend it does not exist.Ignore it. Hopefully it will get lost within the tons of paperwork.

The statement and the issue it raises remains a risk for all of them.Until it is successfully rebutted.

if its any help,its sill there, hanging in all the files hopefully all been fully checked out by now ! never heard it even discussed since never mind rebutted by any of tappas group even.
makes me feel ill. The Dr was brave to let her concerns be known.
