“If our option is to be progressive, if we are in favour of life and not of
death, of fairness and not of injustice, of law and not of own will, of
coexistence with the different and not its denial, we have (no?) other way
but to live fully our choice...”

Snipped from his own Facebook page just now

The (no?) was added by me, for I couldn't quite figure out how the pronouncement makes sense if you leave it out. Correct me if I'm wrong!

Also, among the comments with Textusa today, there is one purporting a theory that someone from the PJ could have been leaking damning information to TM, causing them to regroup and decide to spend their remaining assets on preparing forthcoming criminal cases against the McCs.

Just a theory, of course.

Excuse me, PM: I misspoke myself.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks, I have just read it and it now makes more sense.
PJ leaking evidence to TM's lawyers which convinces TM that they cannot win, and so they being to try to find a way out.
In a nutshell, or a pink blanket !
Might that also influence the case -v- TB ?

I'm afraid that the 6 months suspension might give TM too much time and not help TB's case. In an ideal world, they would - publicly and detailed - reach a settlement before TB has to face court, IMO

ETA I've read here or elsewhere that ID may have had the time to familiarise herself in detail with the PJ files. And as she may not be stupid, have realised that this was a case going down the sloop with rollercoaster effects.
IMO, of course.

Conversely I doubt the suspension would make any difference to their trial vs TB.

Their initiation of the suspension is a negative action, and will be viewed as such.

Chatelaine, if she didn’t at least get one of her underlings to analyse the files and brief her then she would indeed be stupid as that, after all, is what the trial is all about.

There is no doubt she will be very conversant with the released pJ files. Whether she is privy to any additional information is at this time uncertain.
