Likely same designer doing two jobs at a special rebate - a case of buy (do) one package and get the second one at half price.
Guess who got the half price deal?
BTW, is there a prize for voting the "most kitsch" house? Free window-frame or free legal service?

Well I am as common as muck and wouldn't mind either, empty of furnishings of course to put my own plebish style on it
