Gerry McCann statement that he spent time in the WC... possible slip? Empty Gerry McCann statement that he spent time in the WC... possible slip?

OK so I know many on here believe Maddie died on Sunday but if you look at the crucial time as to when they moved the body on the night of May 3rd - there maybe a possible clue in Gerry's statement. The wash room of apartment 5a.

He said on his first check that he used the WC... what if in his mind he was referring to after having dumped the body? Thus another slip.

It could be a plausible idea. He'd be covered in dirt and dust from taking her to the waste land. Rachael said in her statement that : "we searched around inside the apartment again" - 10.30pm That was her and Gerry McCann. This is also crucially when he shows up on their timeline of events having been abscent from the scene for some time. Last non-Tapas witness sighting was around the pool and play areas at 9.30pm

So why? What could be in that WC... the jeans he was wearing at the press interview! The button ones were very distinctive, cream in colour and we know Kate washed clothes following the abduction!

Think about it they would then have been in every room, including the WC. I suggest this might have been the time Gerry slipped away to clean himself up, fingers and hands washed, maybe even his face.

Police were called at 10.41pm

They are hysterical and throw themselves on the ground and beds... why? Dramatics and hysteria... to distract from what? searching the rooms thoroughly?

Mull that one over forum members...

Fallen at the first hurdle.

Who said it was the 3rd and only the 3rd?

Oh dear... still no answer [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]?

I get that the event possibly happened on the Sunday right. This forums has been touting evidence eon that for donkeys and Richard hall pulled it all together. Well done Richard! But why are there so many contradictions on the May 3rd timeline and statements...? Well that's obvious - a perfectly neat timeline would be even more suspicious...

But crucially they all miss-judged the JW event. It threw them off! Meaning things had to be improvised.

But back to my main issue: where on earth was Gerry McCann? An hour of time unaccounted for, possibly 50 minutes if we allow the last independent witness statement an extra 10 mins. It's a 15 minute walk to the Rue de Escola Primaia. He's an athelete, fit and healthy - could have made it in 10 minutes if 'walk/running'. That leaves him 30 minutes to bury or conceal the body. Then make it back for Rachael to say "we search the apartment again".

The "abduction" happened when kids were being taken from the night creche. Gerry comments he witnessed this on the PERVIOUS night! Duh! He got the idea from there...

I mean really, it's bloody obvious this is the events of that evening and when you add in the McCann's holding onto the effts of 'Smithman' for months... Katherine Gaspers statement being buried until Amaral was off the case... Robert Murat inspecting the files - clearly employing him was a fecking mistake! Worked for the McCann's and the police... got a nice settlement later and dropped as a suspect... Oh but who suspected him again? Yeah 3 of the tapas cronies - funny that!

Please don't shut down people with well thought out and processed theories. And that's just what it is at the end of the day a theory - but it's in examining the details we know way more then they ever intended to get out! The WC is a clue and I do think a vital one.

What's your opinion on why they screamed/prayed in the apartment in front of police, hmm? There's no evidence of a break in or jemmied shutters... The girls gone yeah... but all the rest was staging for the nights events.

Foxy101, I don't like your attitude.

Calm down please, and show some respect for Madeleine while you're at it - I don't like the way you said "dump the body". She's a three year old girl and whatever I might think of the McCanns I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have just dumped her.

And less of the swearing too. Thanks.

Peter Hyatt Statement of Kate and Gerry suggests differently.

Why can't they just end the charade now? It's painfully obvious they are not bothered by the whole thing now. In the beginning the duping delight and sneers and sniggers were clear signs they enjoyed fooling everyone... now it's a sad couple haunted by their actions.

I know they just want to avoid jail, too many people got involved - but the release of the PJ files and many criminal expert analysis of their behaviour/conduct during this has really convinced people the world over : they are guilty.

The hate on Youtube/Facebook/Twitter etc. is palpable. Heaven help them is anyone with a gun comes in close proximity of either of them.  flag

Maybe this isn't the place for me, I have answers now and tbh it's not getting anyone anywhere... Circus will close by 2018 and we'll just have the anniversary every couple of years. Sad,

CMoMM encourages alternative thinking and expanding on existing theory, providing it's evidence based and falls within the boundaries of reality.  Reading your enthused extensive commentary over the last 24 hours, I fear your theorizing does not fit the bill.  Your posts have every appearance of a deliberate distraction, primarily because you are inconsistent and nonsensical and just a little too melodramatic to attract serious attention.  If you're looking to make an impact, at least try to be reasonable and moderate in your approach.

There is a banner at the top of the forum that reads..

....we can only support consideration of the evidence available, and informed comment

You would do well to take note!

At some point Kate McCann also, allegedly changed her clothes. Regardless of when Madeleine vanished, I wouldn't be at all surprised if this pair spruced themselves up before calling the press.

Well she certainly had time to change her earrings frequently (as you do when your three year old is "abducted) and to ponder over which hair ribbons would symbolize "Missing Madeleine". I have to hand it to them, they put a lot of thought into the latter. Yellow ribbons to symbolize waiting for the return of someone incarcerated/held hostage, and green to make it the McCann's own "thing". Clever choice too, yellow and green being the Donegal colours and the spin off industry of good quality wristbands in green and yellow was certainly another "Good marketing ploy". Words fail me!

I have no idea, do you?

They say he was in the Tapas bar.

I don't know when they moved the body, or even if they moved the body. To limit it to 3rd of May between 9.30pm and 10.30pm makes no sense to me. There are a lot of scenarios.

PS. Sorry I didn't reply sooner... I sleep now and again and do other things.

Admin identified Foxy101 as a deliberate trouble-maker, disruptor and time-waster, so s/he has been banned. We don't think discussing how long Gerry McCan was in the toilet will get us anywhere at all, as it is plain that whatever he says about that visit to 5A on 3 May is mere fabrication. So this thread will be closed.   - Moderator
