Dot didn't 'kill' Nick, the drugs did.

All she can get 'done for' imo is 'not reporting /registering a death'

I don't believe that BBC were thinking of Maddie's case but there were a heck of a lot of suspects weren't there?

I have watched it this week (not a regular viewer) but I thought they did a good job of it.

I think the anticlimactic conclusion to The Missing would be a better shout. Say Madeleine wandered off and was struck by a car driven by some locally notable person with reasons to conceal the accident.

I really wouldn't be surprised to see this one given an airing.

More like the BBC 'trying' to find 'endings'! (to fictional 'crimes')

Jane will say 'nasty Nick MUST of (killed Lucy) done it'

"cover up' for cute, angelic, redrumering son bobby.

Dead men can't 'talk' and all that.

Dot will go along with 'that'. etc., etc.

"poor little bob, he's lovely'

I was thinking more if the public accept Jane for covering the killing up out of love .Then they can forgive a certain couple if they suddenly changed story .

Say if they claimed that one of the twins through a toy at madeleiene and she died.

They then covered it up to protect the twins.
