Just for reference,
On JM site there is a photo of the children's pool taken from a different angle, through the fence, showing the low wall, and the relationship between the large pool, the grass and the little pool.

Thank you PeterMac. It has just reminded me of a niggle I have with the tennis photo(one of several).
Where was the person standing when they took the tennis photo? The area is surrounded by fencing as the photo you have posted clearly shows. Why doesn't the fencing show up on the photo?

Thank you for the link. It looks like there is an area of much lower fence to the left of the steps as you look at the courts.

Also not unusual for happy snappers to push the barrel of the lens through the links in the fencing to remove the fence from the frame.
Every reason to believe the photos are legit, and taken where they were claimed to be taken, perhaps with a variation in the timeline afforded for purposes of creativity.
