I thought Jane Tanner first said 'didn't look like a tourist' when describing 'tannerman' aka 'crecheman'.  It does seem a bit of an odd description but Dr Amaral is so right when he said she's not a 'credible witness'.  What a fiasco getting her to sit in a van and falsely ID Robert Murat. IMO I wouldn't give her the time of day.

Matthew Oldfield bedroom check

Post by tiki on 18.06.18 18:40

Very good point about the breathing. As you say, why would anyone even bring that up unless maybe it's a sensitive subject as in Maddie was found not breathing and he's slipped up. I don't know but I'd love to see what Peter Hyatt would.make of his statement.

Any update on letter to Portugal?

Post by tiki on 19.06.18 13:09

Hi everyone

Is there any up to date news regarding the letter to Portugal. I hope all your hard work pays off and Madeleine's remains can be located. I just have one question, isn't a lot of the evidence circumstantial and is it therefore enough? I still think that statement analysis of the original transcripts is the only way her body might be pinpointed.

McCann Interviews

Post by tiki on 22.06.18 19:43

Yep big mistake on their part doing all those interviews. They're so arrogant they thought they were putting on a good performance but there are too many profilers etc. who can see through them. Well, let's face it, it's not hard to see their hiding something. The GNR and the PJ knew, even with the language barrier. They know when suspects/victims reactions are off and not what's expected.

A blueprint in the making which can never be considered foolproof?

Firstly you would need the original photograph to make this even remotely feasible. The photographs of Madeleine McCann that have created so much controversy and debate have been reproduced, cropped, spliced, moved, removed, edited and manipulated so many times, any form of electronic scanning device would be useless. More so with a photo editing detection device that can't even claim accuracy at this stage.

There are only four photographs of Madeleine that are under the spotlight - the playground, the tennis court, Madeleine wearing make-up and the poolside image. These particular images have been analyzed by a number of professionals/experts in the field of digital photography enhancement, I honestly don't think there is any scope for advancement.

However it's a good find and might just provoke further 'technical' examination of the important photographs that seem so pertinent in helping to solve the mystery of Madeleine McCann's disappearance.

As far as I'm concerned, the absence of holiday photographs is far more important than analysing the four that exist. The only really important two being the playground photograph and the poolside photograph.

A belated welcome to the forum !

The Scent of Death

Post by Imari on 27.06.18 15:55

It is interesting to note that changes occur immediately after death producing scent that dogs, and maybe other creatures may pick up, while humans are not able to until the scent is further developed. I wonder if this might be why a dog went for, and bit, Kate while she was out running (she attributes the attack to the dog not liking her pink trainers).
