The night of May 1st when Liverpool played Chelsea in the Champions League, the game finished much later than usual as there was extra time and penalties and the game finished between 10.00 and 11.00 GMT.Reading through this forum that was the night Maddie was left to cry for a good while. If they were passionate Everton fans they may have watched this to the bitter end hoping that their team's bitter rivals would lose.

Does Chaplins have a wide screen TV ?
Have also just clocked Tanner's reply when confronted by Gerry 's insistence that his version is correct, and Edgar says there are always inconsistencies

"OK, that's fine."

Not, Yes I understand that, but I think I am right.
That's fine, means something different.

Were they all at the Tapas every night (excluding the first night)? I doubt that as on Tues & Wed there were big Champions League semi-finals with both games involving English teams. They kicked off at 8.00 pm. Surely the (sporty) gang would have been spread out over these two nights with those who wanted to watch the football at a local bar and those who didn't at the Tapas bar.
