Try Russia Today - I found they were the only ones telling the truth about Libya and about Fukushima right from the start.
The website is very good. I'm neither a socialist or a communist so no political agenda here, just real news.

Agree, when I get the chance, I watch RT News, and it sometimes opens your eyes about a number of world events - about which we only get one biased view over here - Syria being a prime example.

Good news this am, Miliband made Cameron lose his temper last night by saying Labour couldn't agree to authorise military action in principle, and it's clear that a significant number of Conservative and Liberal Democrat MPs won't let Cameron do what he wants.

On the BBC Radio 4 Today progsamme this morning, the vacuous Nick Clegg said we ought to drop bombs on Syria because 'it was more likely than not' that the chemical attack eight days ago was carried out by Assad's forces.

'More likely than not' as a basis for acts of war against Syria?

Are we not entitled to proof?

Somebody do something about this Clegg, the work-experience stint as backseat driver for Cameron hasn't really worked has it? I know that it's tradition in the UK to select the  most incompetent party member for the post of deputy prime minister but they've really gone too far this time. sad

We flippin` better get proof - and not sexed up proof either - reckon there will be hell to pay for the government if they don`t.  I heard on R4 last night, the Eddie Mair programme, a replay of the speech Blair gave before bombing Iraq - my goodness, was it eerie.  Maybe the BBC played it on purpose just to remind people how we all got conned by this man.

PS to 'candyfloss' - so glad the Clegg video made you laugh. I used to get the Readers Digest and there was always a column in there titled 'Laughter -The best medicine'.

There is something truly hilarious about the Clegg vid - he is such a pretentious buffoon, and putting his pious words into music was sheer genius

BUSTED! US, UK, BACK FALSE FLAG CHEMICAL ATTACK IN SYRIA

DAILY MAIL 29 JANUARY 2013

U.S. ‘backed plan to launch chemical weapon attack on Syria and blame it on Assad’s regime’
Leaked emails from defense contractor refers to chemical weapons saying ‘the idea is approved by Washington’
Obama issued warning to Syrian president Bashar al-Assad last month that use of chemical warfare was ‘totally unacceptable’

Leaked emails have allegedly proved that the White House gave the green light to a chemical weapons attack in Syria that could be blamed on Assad’s regime and in turn, spur international military action in the devastated country.

A report released on Monday contains an email exchange between two senior officials at British-based contractor Britam Defence where a scheme ‘approved by Washington’ is outlined explaining that Qatar would fund rebel forces in Syria to use chemical weapons.

Barack Obama made it clear to Syrian president Bashar al-Assad last month that the U.S. would not tolerate Syria using chemical weapons against its own people.

War games: An explosion in the Syrian city of Homs last month. It has been now been suggested that the U.S. backed the use of chemical weapons to spur international military intervention

According to Infowars.com, the December 25 email was sent from Britam’s Business Development Director David Goulding to company founder Philip Doughty.

It reads: ‘Phil… We’ve got a new offer. It’s about Syria again. Qataris propose an attractive deal and swear that the idea is approved by Washington.

‘We’ll have to deliver a CW to Homs, a Soviet origin g-shell from Libya similar to those that Assad should have.

‘They want us to deploy our Ukrainian personnel that should speak Russian and make a video record.
‘Frankly, I don’t think it’s a good idea but the sums proposed are enormous. Your opinion?
‘Kind regards, David.’

Britam Defence had not yet returned a request for comment to MailOnline.

Leaked: The email was allegedly sent from a top official at a British defense contractor regarding a ‘Washington approved’ chemical attack in Syria which could be blamed on Assad’s regime

The emails were released by a Malaysian hacker who also obtained senior executives resumés and copies of passports via an unprotected company server, according to Cyber War News.

Dave Goulding’s Linkedin profile lists him as Business Development Director at Britam Defence Ltd in Security and Investigations. A business networking profile for Phil Doughty lists him as Chief Operationg Officer for Britam, United Arab Emirates, Security and Investigations.
The U.S. State Department had not returned a request for comment on the alleged emails to MailOnline today at time of publication.

However the use of chemical warfare was raised at a press briefing in D.C. on January 28.
A spokesman said that the U.S. joined the international community in ‘setting common redlines about the consequences of using chemical weapons’.

Too right Woofer, I was one of the conned on Iraq's ( WMD ) and we all know how that turned out to be a BIG,FAT LIE !

Its now happening again as British and American Governments ARE hell bent on blaming Assad......although they have NO proof what so ever, they don't or will not even consider it could be anything else but Assad.

It said today that there is no way that they will ever know for certain who carried out the attack...........if so, why are they hell bent on bombing Syria ???

It must be pressure from elsewhere - lots of people in our government are `friends of Israel` - I can only think Israel have got our government by the short and curlies somehow - could also be to do with pressures from bankers, oilmen and arms manufacturers.  It certainly ain`t what the voters want.

I too have signed the Petition.

I have to agree that Sky and the BBC are just spouting the Governments propaganda.

I was taking my son to work this morning and accidentally eject my cd and it went on to Radio 4. News. I don't know the name of the interviewer but he was speaking to the Syrian Ambassador. He asked him why the Syrian Government was using chemical weapons. The Ambassador started to reply that there was no proof that the Syrian Government were using chemical weapons and it is totally without evidence to accuse them of doing so. While he was trying to reply the interviewer kept interrupting him and raising his voice over the Ambassador. It was extremely rude but the Ambassador didn't flinch. He tried again and again to make his point and he finally ended the interview after the interviewer said he was only trying to get the Truth. The Ambassador told him that they were a civilised country, in fact, far more civilised that the western countries. I think he said their civilisation was 6,000 years older than ours. Its worth listening to, if only for an example of how nasty and authoritarian the BBC is or has become.

Blood and cadaver alerts
dismissed by UK Government

Retired DCI Gonçalo Amaral: "The English can always present the conclusions to which they themselves arrived in 2007. Because they know, they have the evidence of what happened - they don't need to investigate anything. All this is now a mere 'show off'."

Retired murder DCI Colin Sutton: "I would also like to make the point that Operation Grange was so restricted from the start as to be destined to fail."

Assistant Commissioner Mark Rowley made public on national TV that Operation Grange is a complete fraud.

Ex-DCI Andy Redwood had a "revelation moment" on BBC's Crimewatch on 14th October 2013 when he announced that Operation Grange had eliminated the Tanner sighting - which opened up the 'window of opportunity', in accordance with their remit, to allow the fake abduction to happen.

Despite "irrelevant behaviour" from blood and cadaver dogs in the McCann's apartment, on Kate McCann's clothes, and in the car they hired three weeks after Maddie disappeared, Ex-Chief Inspector, Ian Horrocks, said: "The thought that Kate and Gerry McCann had anything to do with the death of their daughter is frankly preposterous."

Gerry McCann called for example to be made of 'trolls'. SKY News reporter Martin Brunt doorstepped Brenda Leyland on 2 October 2014. She was then found dead in a Leicester hotel room. Brenda paid the price. She paid with her life.

Ex-Deputy Chief Constable, Jim Gamble QPM, congratulated SKY reporter, Martin Brunt, on twitter for doorstepping Brenda Leyland on behalf of Gerry McCann.
