Well I'm just astonished with all of this thread, I just don't know what to make of it at all.
This bit was the most interesting from the article I thought
'......... I have walked these streets and conversations down by the gate can be heard by the children’s bedroom window on still nights .......'

He is telling the world that he does not believe a single word of the Official story.
As it seems he was in 2009, with all that emphasis on "cleaning the apartment - within the 3 minutes - so they weren't amateurs", or words to that effect, which he repeats twice,
and the one inside getting the one outside to force the shutter open, instead of just pulling the cord - - hilarious.
I wonder what Carter-Ruck are making of it, if they can be bothered any more. Kevin, do you know ?

Gerry McCanns key alibi, film director Jes Wilkins, and his connection to Donal MacIntyre
Posted by Goodforyou on Missing Madeleine forum:
"When I read the MacIntyre story, I could not believe that this was the work of an investigative journalist. It had all the journalistic rigour of a D grade ten year old schoolboy's homework. It completely overlooked dozens of key facts such as the reaction of the dogs, the lack of credibility of Tanner's sighting or the Smith sighting.
I wanted to know why and I wanted to know if there was a connection between the McCanns and MacIntyre. If there was a connection, that could provide an explanation for replacing any analytical and objective reporting with something that could have been written by Clarence Mitchell.
I had a look at IMDB and soon found that the very man who MacIntyre tells us was talking to Gerry McCann (while the abductor was inside) was the producer of MacIntyre's 2005 TV series MacIntre's Toughest Towns.
Imagine that - MacIntyre's producer, just happened to be the key alibi for Gerry McCann and then MacIntyre writes a story that involves that man he already knew who proves McCann is innocent. What an amazing coincidence.
http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0433705/
Produced by Jeremy Wilkin's Zig Zag Productions.
http://us.imdb.com/name/nm1414137/
Wilkin's producer credits
Now, why didn't MacIntyre mention this?
He wrote:
Just outside, he meets television producer Jes Wilkins on the way back to the tapas bar. There is not another soul on the street.
He should have written:
Just outside, he meets my former television series producer Jes Wilkins on the way back to the tapas bar. There is not another soul on the street.
It was mentioned the first time that this article was published and that Donal and Jez wilkins were friends not just his producer ? We know this ridiculous story is satire but all the pieces fit together !!! This is the story told by the Mcs and Donal has just proved how ridiculous it is. Jez is Gerry's alibi, well if they can produce this garbage Gerry's alibi don't stand for much !!!
I wonder why this has been reproduced.....could it be due to the SY announcement that they are about to make arrests soon ???

Officer's report re:2007.11.05 visit to Wilkins and O'Donnell.
Date: 05/11/07
....They had no further contact with the family apart from seeing them in passing whilst at the resort.
Several weeks later, Jeremy received calls from Gerry in relation to gaining permission from him to use his name in a portfolio of evidence being compiled by an organization employed by the McCanns. They were very persistent and made several attempts to contact him both at work and at home. They had no objection to being included but were concerned as to the method being used.

Thanks, missed that one.
Interesting snips from Jes Wilkins statement to Leicester police. Credit to: http://www.mccannfiles.com/id327.html
There was a gate leading up to some stairs. I was pretty certain that he had left the apartment. We spoke for a few minutes. He said 'you're on walking duty'. I said I was staying in and the pro's and con's and what to do with the children. He said that if he was staying two (2) weeks, he may stay in one night. I don't remember anyone else walk past with a child. The conversation lasted for about three (3) to five (5) minutes. He was acting completely normal from what I know of him so far.
Wilkins marked the position on a map (PJ statement) directly outside the gate, later disputed by Gerry McCann in the 2009 mockumentary. The McCanns PI's contacted Wilkins several times after Madeleines disappearance, wonder if they attempted to persuade Wilkins to change his statement prior to the documentary.
He was adamant that he did not see any one else in the area. When spoken to in reference to Jane Tanner walking by, he again stated that he saw no one. He also stated that he did not see or hear anyone to his right. He was aware of the recent picture in the papers re the person with a child wrapped in a blanket and in a males arms alledgedly walking across the junction to his right but again stated that he did not see any one.
The conversation with Gerry lasted for about three minutes during which Gerry was chatty and in his normal self. Jeremy then made his way back to his apartment.
They went to bed about 2300hrs but were waken about 0100hrs by a knock at the door. On answering the door they spoke with the resort manager and a person they knew was a member of the group but they only knew him as Matthew. It was then they found out that Madeleine was missing.
Why did Oldfield wake him up at 1am if they didn't want his help in searching? Was it because they knew Wilkins and his partner were in the media industry and they could be relied on to get the abduction word out to their friends and colleagues in the business (or maybe he wanted to know exactly how much he'd seen?

Wonder which one of the McCanns PI's pestered them?

Thanks jd. As Donal and Jes are friends as well colleagues apparently, I'm sure they must have had some interesting conversations regarding the alleged abduction.

Yes! I believe Jez and Brid also specialised in crime reconstruction scenes too!
I posted some rather interesting info about Crimestoppers in the thread below....look at who is involved!

Re: The British Press gets better every day. - Donal MacIntyre investigates....again.
Have never known DM say anything other than supportive of the official story. However, I find the following incredible if he is wanting to be taken seriously as a supporter of abduction by an organised group [ who despite dry runs, plural, still had a man inside needing to ask a person in the shadows [ unseen by anyone around checking at the time].to open the bloody shutters from outside, not part of the well rehearsed plan, surely ! And surely if the plan was rehearsed with kids in situ they would have snatched there and then, or are we to believe they went in the daytime [how?] at risk of McCanns entering at any time....
......... I have walked these streets and conversations down by the gate can be heard by the children’s bedroom window on still nights .......'
.
yes Donal. And it works both ways, how sound travels. Meaning Gerry and Jez would have heard those very noisy shutters being opened from the outside and would have been on the spot just in time to foil the plot....Gerry being a good runner and all that.

Amazingly when Jez was leaving the resort on 5th May, he went to say goodbye to Gerry and Kate and found them by the pool. That astounds me, yet he seem unfazed.

I think in JW statements or the fragrant Bridget , his 'wife' piece in a paper interview.
I do believe it was the Saturday.
Why didn't Wilkins tell the PJ exactly where he was at the pivitol time first thing on 4th May 2007?
Wilkins passed the police outside the apartment at least 3 times but didn't say a word, before GM went to give statement.
Not even to ask how the search was going for his tennis buddy's missing little girl!
He only ever came 'clean' AFTER GM had 'named' him in his statement of the 4th.(11:35am)
And also GM was shown a guest list but says he didn't recognise anyone other than the T9 on it.
Yet he had been chatting and playing tennis with Wilkins all week!

.......when instead of lying around by the pool they could have been searching the lawless hills for their daughter - such bravery deserves a medal!
By lying, Carter-Ruck, I do of course mean as in not standing; I don't want you to splutter over your coffee thinking that I'm using the other meaning of lying.

It was just two days after her disappearance. Local people were still searching a week later and even took time off work to do so.

Is there still money in the pot to be paying CRUCK's young fellow?
Are FRuck still doing it for free?
Is the rich window man still paying all the legal fees if FRuck are not in fact doing it for free, but charging like incandescent rhinos, just like the last time?
Whose duty is it to keep an eye on Tony Bennett, to see he doesn't do anything naughty?
The courts' or FRuck?
So many questions, so few answers, perhaps ADMIN can help with the above enquiry by looking at who's signing in with the Characteristic Reference (CR) that signals Kevin's continued presence.

The more I hear about Jez, the more I feel he may have been brought in to quickly co-ordinate their abduction scenario before being interviewed.
They couldn't have been luckier than to have somebody who specialises in Crimewatch reconstructions on site.
It doesn't mean I think he is involved in it, but I would imagine he would have been extremely helpful to piece together stories and get the timing right.

Well he cocked that up didn't he?
GM&KM calling him a liar about where he was in the road!
GERRY CROSSED THE EFFING ROAD, GOT IT?
And they even rubbed salt in the wound by making a mockumentary completely dissing him about where he was!
With friends like that..........who needs enemies?

Even more astounding is Bridget O'Donnell saying how she "admired" the mccanns for leaving their kids alone in unlocked apartment whilst they went out drinking!!! and as a result one has disappeared without trace...She admires this!!
