Words speak louder than actions.

Point 14 of the PJ's response says that they consider this re-enactment "highly
important". Why is that? What are they really trying to get out of a reconstruction?
Either they believe our version of the events of May 3rd 2007, or they don't. If they do, why the need for
a reconstruction? If they don't believe us, do they want a reconstruction so we can convince
them otherwise?
Rachael Oldfield's e-mail to Stuart Prior.

Q.Point 14 of the PJ's response says that they consider this re-enactment "highly
important". Why is that?
A. Errm, its "highly important" because a child is missing.

Which begs the question - Why did the McCann's and Tapas friends do their own reconstruction, yet refused to do a reconstruction when the Portuguese Police invited them to do one. We all know the answer.

Yes, Peneda Geres and sammyc, that they won't return for the reconstruction says so much. Imo it could be argued that by a refusal that they don't care about Madeleine's welfare at all. Unless of course they know already that Madeleine could not benefit from a reconstruction.
